Its no on off switch
It sounds like the button is only activating while you’re pressing it and turning off when you release it. This might be because it’s a “momentary switch,” designed to work only when pressed, like on some power tools. If it’s supposed to stay on without holding it, there could be a few reasons: 1. The button itself might be faulty and not latching properly. 2. The button or control could be set to a mode that’s only momentary.
