The product was exactly as I expected. I have used it for some time to help with some intestinal issues and for me it has been helpful. There was an issue with shipping but it was not the fault of the vendor. After they were made aware the replacement came very quickly.

I always like to keep an extra bottle just in case but refused when it just got to expensive and felt it was gouging so I held off until it was more reasonably priced. I go between the regular and super strength for what might ails. I take 2 capsules a couple times a week for a nagging cough. It knocks it out by the next day but if I take it for 5 to 7 days in a row the cough stays away for several weeks. Its just not good for you to take it for over 2 weeks at a time. It will kill the good and bad bacteria etc with prolonged use so it seems to work for me better with short durations. Take after eating half your meal then the rest of your food or you could be tasting oregano for hours.

I've been using these for about 3 or 4 years, they seem to make a difference to me in my overall health. Now here's the update. My last purchase I noticed the gel caps were not clear and golden, but cloudy looking and also didn't have that strong smell of oregano like my previous purchases did. I saw some of the other reviews stating the same thing. Well, I CALLED North American Herb and Spice and spoke with a rep. They changed the gel cap from a beef formula to a TAPIOCA formula so they could be Vegan. The new Tapioca gel cap is cloudy and it does blunt the strong smell of oregano coming from the product. That's the only change. You're still getting all the good oregano in the gel cap, so no need to worry that your product is old or doesn't work. Taking the new formula gel caps I saw no drop off or effectiveness of the product. The rep also told me they are going to add some information on their webpage about the gel cap change since they get a ton of calls everyday on this specific issue. I love the Oreganol super strength products, I have the drops and the softgels. I don't use it every day but when I feel something coming on, or a stomach issue, I start a regimen. My issue is the label is put right over the instructions... there is space next to it, please stop putting the label over manufacturer instructions!

I take the capsule every day but honestly, I don't feel any different.

This brand is, IMO, the best. I've been using NAHS brand of Oregano for nearly 20 years. I have several success stories & I share with everyone that I know. I prefer super strength, but regular strength is also amazing. Nature's antibiotic. No side effects.

Family member has been taking several OTC supplements (herbs & natural remedies) for years. Was taking the liquid drops ($$$) so these are from the same manufacturer but don’t impact the budget nearly as much and still provide the benefit.
