Is this definiatelly colloidal silver or ionic?

This is definitely genuine colloidal silver I have recently had viral pneumonia and was hospitalised but I was quickly discharged and sent home feeling so ill I also had an infection in my throat. There is nothing on the NHS to treat viral pneumonia but I could have had antibiotics for my throat infection. I used colloidal silver and had excellent results. I have also used it to spray in to my eyes as I have had long term Blepharitis which is very painful.I have tried all the eye drops the Hospital have given me and also bought every kind on eye drops on the market and Colloidal silver is the only product on the market that works for me.I use it for so much more and will never be without this fantastic product.Well worth the money

No, I don't think it will have any effect. For skin tags, the fastest way is to tie them off with cotton. Make sure to keep the cotton tight to cut off the blood supply. I had 2 on my eyelid years ago, and within a couple of days they turned black and fell off. Apple Cider Vinegar can do the job. Use a cotton bud to apply it. It's a good idea to put some coconut oil or vasaline around the base of the wart/tag to protect the skin.

Can you use near metal fillings in the mouth
