Easiest drain/pipe maintenance
These things are underrated. They take up far less space than the liquid version, seem even more effective (and the liquid is already very effective), and are simple to use (just drop one in the drain). Seems like something that should be in the under-sink cabinet of every room with a sink in it. "Plumbers hate this one weird trick" :)

Slows working solution which is what it is supposed to be
Repeat buyer as it claims to slowly (not quickly) keep drains free flowing.I have old pipes and replacing them will cost a lot so I use this to help keep things going.I guess they work enough as I have only cleaned the pipes twice in 5 years, but I cannot tell. However for the price it is cheap enough to use

A definite must have
This is an awesome product! It does it's job very well. I don't have anymore rank smells or flies in my drains. I keep a supply of these in the bathroom cabinet so I don't run out.

Seems to do its job
Update:After about two months of using this, I’m not sold on its overall effectiveness. I used it in several places. In my bar, which develops film and odors - it did great. The drain rarely clogs but it gets constant drip from the ice well and this really helped keep it odor free and running smoothly. In my kitchen sink, which never has clogged, I’ve still been using this here just preemptively so the jury is out on the verdict how effective it is there. The bathroom sink hasn’t clogged completely but these haven’t really done much other than keeping it moving, albeit slowly. The shower drain hasn’t really been affected positively or negatively. It’s just as slow as ever. I know both of these drains see a fair amount of hair and soap, which this should be breaking down. I guess they haven’t stopped entirely, however they haven’t kept things flowing as smoothly as I had hoped/expected. I normally hit them with some draino once a month but I haven’t as I was willing to be patient and let these do their magic. I wanted a more eco/pipe friendly solution but… It just doesn’t seem to be doing what I need it to do in these instances.I don’t trust most chemical drain cleaners because I rent and I don’t want to have to potentially foot a bill on repair (though that’s never happened, but hypothetically it’s possible). A lot of hair goes down my bathroom drains and they tend to run very slowly. Popped one in the sink and on day one it’s already moving better. Put one in the shower and haven’t seen any improvement yet but I imagine it will. The sticks are scent less so they don’t smell up the place when I’m using the sinks, and they seem they’re going to do what I need them to do. They’re definitely cheaper than getting corrosive chemicals I’ve been buying about once a month, and I love the set it and forget it philosophy. I’ll update in a month and we’ll see where we’re at.

They must help
Do they work? I don't know for sure. What is do know is that I started using them when i moved into my home that at the time was 30 yrs old. The previous owner had left a partial packet under the sink so I continued to use them. There was no issue with a clogged or slow moving drain so when that packet was gone I thought they surely weren't hurting anything so I have continued using them. I'm very careful with what I put down my drains but if something this easy to use helps keep your drains running smoothly I'll keep using it.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! TAKES 2 WEEKS TO DISSOLVE!!!!!
SECOND EDIT: So, I was told that I could use their Main Line Opener on my sink that the stick plugged up. It's been sitting for 8 hours. The water hasn't gone down at all. The container says 30 minutes. WORTHLESS AND HAS DONE MORE HARM THAN GOOD!*********************************************************************************************************THIS IS MY1st EDITED REVIEW: AFTER 5 OR 6 DAYS MY BATHROOM SINK IS NOT DRAINING AT ALL. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD IT TAKES 2 WEEKS TO DISSOLVE. THE WOMAN WAS NASTY ON THE PHONE AND SCREAMED "I'M TRYING TO HELP YOU!' SHE ACTUALLY HUNG UP ON ME. SHE HAS AN ATTITUDE PROBLEM AND SHOULD BE TERMINATED!!!Called again after I was hung up on. Verified that these sticks don't completely dissolve for 2 WEEKS! I had purchased their main liner opener just to have on hand. Thought I'd try that. It doesn't list the ingredients on the bottle! Had to make sure I could use it with that stick that is now plugging my drain. The second woman was nice and refunded the order. So I was correct. This stick actually plugged up my bathroom sink. NEVER BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!I think the strip has helped plug up my sink.I usually use Drano when the drain on my bathroom sink starts slowing down to get rid of soap scum. This time I used one of these worthless things. My sink immediately slowed down. So then I put hot water in the sink to "melt" the stick. Didn't work apparently. Now it's the third day and it just took my sink 20 minutes to drain. I can still see water down in the drain so it hasn't completely drained yet. Just tired of hanging out in the bathroom reading the news on my phone while timing it. I'm wondering if these things get old and don't dissolve.I'M VERY ANGRY!!! THIS IS WORTHLESS !!!Not sure what to do. Don't know if I can put Drano down it or not. Would that cause toxic fumes? I can't afford a plumber. That's why I have always maintained it with Drano, which has worked for years.I also bought their Main Drain Opener | Drain Cleaner Hair Clog Remover product in case I had any problems in the future. Just trying to be prepared in case I ever have an emergency. It's still in the Amazon box and now I would be terrified to use it. Who knows what it would do?I DON'T TRUST THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!

These work as described. I don't know how quick they dissolve but they do take the odor of the kitchen pipe away.
