Splurge for a better one
I've had it for less than 2 months. I really liked it at 1st but now it picks & chooses when to work. It'll be all fogging my bathroom mirror like a hot shower. Next time I'd pick it up barely any steam comes out. It's all Cheech & Chong movie to phew phew. If you don't get the reference use your friend google. It thought it was my imagination at 1st. Yeah, not so much. Spend the extra $5 or $10 bucks on a better one.

Heats fast, works well, spits a little if you aren't careful
This steamer is easy to hold/use and the tank holds plenty of water to do an entire outfit with a single fill. It heats up super quickly (in about a minute) and makes lots of steam, so getting the wrinkles out of an outfit was fast. I tried it on a couple different fabrics including cotton, polyester and PU 'leather' (always steam PU 'leather' from the backside of the material) and the steamer worked well on all of them.It did spit some water the first time I used it, but I adjusted how I was holding it (I tilted it back towards the handle the tiniest amount) and slowed my speed (the faster you move it or if you make jerky movements, the more likely it is to have water bounce up and spit out) and that fixed most of the spitting. This steamer does need to be used upright - you cannot use it tilted left or right or horizontally.Remember to always use distilled water (any minerals in the water, including drinking or spring water, will clog up appliances and ruin them). I love that it's so lightweight, portable, convenient to use and using this means I don't have to pull out an iron/ironing board.True & Tidy TS-38A Portable Fabric Steamer for Clothes for Home or Travel Removes Wrinkles Auto Shut-Off, 800 watts of steam (TS-38A Handheld Steamer, White)

Hot Wet and not wearable
Purchased for a trip to Greece we were gone for three weeks and needed to iron our clothes. This made them hot, soaking wet and unbearable until they had fully dried hours later do not recommend.

Awesome!
I used this for the first time yesterday. My husband has a lot of nice button up shirts that wrinkle very easily, so when I saw this I knew it would be perfect. I can wash and dry his shirts as normal and then use this to get out any wrinkles. It’s very simple to use. There is a little window in the bottom that has a max fill line. It comes with a cup, and you can either fill the cup once which almost reaches the max fill line, or you can add a little more water to fill it to the line. I filled it just once because I was steaming a button up tshirt so I didn’t think I would need extra steam time. I plugged it in after filling it, turned it on, and got the shirt prepared. If it’s a button up it makes it easier to button it so you can pull it taut when steaming. This shirt wasn’t too wrinkled, but enough for this to be used. I watched as it heated and bubbles began forming. After a minute or so it began steaming and was ready to go. I held the mouth of the machine about 1/2 inch from the shirt and while pulling on the bottom I slowly moved it up and down. It says not to go horizontal or turn it sideways because boiling water can pour or splash out. It also says to move slowly because it can also spit out water. A couple times I got impatient and went a little quickly and it did spit out a little water, but it didn’t get on me, so I tried to remember to move slowly. It took me around 10 or so minutes to do the one shirt, so this would definitely be something that you would use if you only need to steam one or two shirts, or maybe if you like to steam them before wearing. If you steam all of your shirts before hanging up, it might be quicker to just iron them. There was enough water by the time I was done that I could’ve probably continued for another 10 minutes. When I was done, every wrinkle was out! I am so glad it worked and it was fairly easy to do. I am going to make this part of my laundry day routine!

Easy, Quick, Portable Steamer!
I will confess, this is my first steamer so I might be biased, but I Love this little guy. I was an iron lady, I ironed everything and I hated it with every fiber. I need my clothes looking fresh and fabulous and breaking my back was how I thought it would be. NO. I found this steamer and figured I'd give it a chance. Right out of the box you take it out, fill it with the provided cup, and then wait the 90 seconds. I don't think this even took that long, it was really quick. I held the steamer slightly away from my shirt and pushed and held the button. I was careful not to tip it or place upside down and I didn't go too close to the material. I felt like I was a wizard waving my magical wand over my garment and turning it from pauper to princess, it was that great. It took about 7-10 minutes, give or take, and my shirt was ready for the day. You want something inexpensive, easy, and gets the job done? Well you found it. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Works like a charm!
This steamer has been great so far. Haven't used it for travel yet, but it's small enough and packs away well I can see how it would be a nice tag-along item for trip. I primarily use it for quickly getting small wrinkles out of clothes at the last minute. I've also used it to get wrinkles out of new curtains, and it worked perfectly. It heats up pretty quickly, and filling/emptying is very easy. I wouldn't say it's any better or worse than other portable steamers in terms of function, but this particular one I found aesthetically pleasing compared to my old one. I'd definitely recommend it.
