It's a really good phone!
Great phone! No issues. I love the price. I got this to use as a WiFi repeater because it has two WiFi antennas. At home I'm able to connect to a public WiFi hotspot for $10 a month and this phone enables me to tether off of that network and have my own hotspot with great signal. This is my second Nord N30 5G

Cannot be activated!/stay away from this company
Item arrived and was in like new condition. Problem is, it cannot be activated! T-Mobile says phone needs status change. After spending 30 minutes setting up the apps, another 30 minutes on phone with a T-Mobile agent, I get nothing in return. Updated info: turns out, they sold me a T-Mobile demo phone, which cannot be activated. You would think that they would have ran the IMEI number to make sure the phone was clean and ready to be activated. If they had done that, I wouldn't have to wait for my refund which will take about 7 days before I can make a purchase from another vendor. Update: decided to give them another chance and ordered a second phone after retuning the first brick they sent me. They did it to me again, and sent me a second phone that couldn't be activated.

Amazing Condition for a Refurbed Phone But the Seller Omitted One Thing...
I rarely get new phones. My previous phone was a Samsung Galaxy S9+ and I took immaculate care of it. There was nothing wrong with it, it still purred like a kitten even after 5-6 years of use. The battery was still in great shape and everything. However I was changing cell providers and my S9+ didn't support 5G so I did a lot of shopping around and settled on the OnePlus Nord N30 5G. I think it's a touch overpriced for a new one but the price for a refurbed one was much better. Sellers on Amazon actually wanted $50 more than the cell provider did to buy a brand new one but buying refurbed saved me $100 off the price of a new one on Amazon ($50 off the price of a new one from the cell provider). The refurbed phone is in excellent shape. Whoever refurbished this phone certainly knows their stuff. The face recognition and fingerprint reader work great. It takes good photos if you're in the right light. The camera lacks a little bit in darker environments and situations with a lot of movement in the shot. I do like that it offers the ability to allocate 8GB of storage to RAM. Instead of the 8GB built in, I'm actually using 16GB by allotting an extra 8GB from storage. Granted using storage as RAM won't be quite as fast as dedicated RAM but it definitely helps make the phone more responsive. Personally, I like this phone more than my old S9+ after getting used to it. The OxygenOS is pretty nice; it has some nice features and additions that don't come in a stock Android build. OxygenOS is pretty light on resources too which is nice. The battery life is pretty good. It offers battery saving mode and a super battery saving mode. I don't recommend using the super battery saving mode. It changes the whole phone and UI into something horrendous. The battery seems to discharge faster than my S9+ did during usage however it really holds a charge well when sitting idle. Overall this is a great phone at a decent but not great price (if you are buying new). In my opinion the refurbished price is much closer to what the MSRP on this phone should be but like I mentioned, the refurbished one is as good-as-new in my eyes so I'm satisfied with what I paid for it. The seller did provide a Samsung brand charger and USB-A to USB-C cable. However that's my only gripe with buying used/refurbished. To fully take advantage of how fast this phone can charge, you need OnePlus' "warp charger." It does charge pretty quickly on the Samsung charger they sent but not nearly as fast as advertised. I ordered a replacement OnePlus charger from Amazon so I can take advantage of the high-speed charging capabilities of this phone (waiting for it to arrive). Had they provided the actual OnePlus charger, this would have been a 5-star review. The 1-star deduction is more directed at the seller than the item. UPDATE: I just read a review from another user that stated the phone does not work on T-Mobile's network. I'm not sure why it didn't work for them but I'm using the phone on T-Mobile's network just fine. This phone supports CDMA and GSM so it should work on virtually any network in the U. S. as it is fully unlocked.

Does not pick up the Verizon signal very well compared to my Samsung a71
It was not a dual SIM The dual SIM phone work great but these do not they keep kicking off Verizon and don't have very strong signal to attach to the service

Works fine for me. IMIE was not blacklisted. And was not carrier locked
So far the phone is exactly as advertised. It was truly unblocked. And the IMIE was not blacklisted anywhere (yet). Ill update this if it ever does. Mine looked practically brand new. The only thing I noticed was the vibrator motor is a very small bit scratchy sounding, but that could be what they sound like from stock, hard to tell. I'm using it with a T-Mobile sim an everything seems to be working fine including 5G data. The Battery life does feel a bit low as if its draining much faster then it should, but again It's hard for me to tell without doing a bunch of drain tests which I do not own the equipment for doing it properly. The software reports 100% battery life (basically saying it has the same battery capacity as the listed mAh for a new battery.) The screen was very blue shifted from any of my other devices. Once again, I don't have a way of knowing if this is normal for this phone. The color can be adjusted in the settings to have a higher color temperature anyways, so it is not a big deal.

Misleading unlocked status
The phone came in on time, in very good condition. After a few months of using it with a T-Mobile service I decided to switch it up to another's carrier. The phone was sold as unlocked but it isn't it's locked on the T-Mobile or Metro Network and you cannot use it with any other carrier.

Amazing phone. However, I found out too late that Fido in Canada does not support 5G. If you buy this phone, just go to your settings and adjust the frequency to match the one that the provider supports.

I highly regret buying this phone a replacment for my daughter, it does not support VoLTE... Will become a smart brick in a few month (July 2025) because it does not support VoLTE

They don't explain clearly then the phone it's like a rebuild. That doesn't came with the 50 watts bloc and the red cable, also no screen protector. Don't get me wrong, it's still a pretty good phone, but I didn't get all the avantages then I was thinking to get.
