Disappointed
I received the scooter on 8/16/24 but we didn't open the box until 8/26/24. It worked really good, battery lasted a long time, Bluetooth worked well and lights too. On 8/29/24 the lights and bluetooth stopped working. So, we charged it overnight to see that was the problem and it wasn't still didn't work. I choose the recommended choice and was on the phone for over a 1/2 hour to be told to take the scooter to a "razor approved repair shop" and they told me to call batteries plus to make an appointment. I called them and they told me that they do not repair scooters, only replace the batteries. I put in the return request on 8/30/24 and it just shipped out on 9/3/24 and it has an estimated delivery date of 9/7/24. Why should I have to wait for over a week for a replacement?! I'm about to just forget it and get a refund.

Poorly made.
We bought this for our son and it feels like a 30$ plastic scooter with a battery. Very disappointed.
