We love this olive oil! We have gifted it a few time to family and friends now also! The flavor is amazing not overwhelming and super refreshing. Good on salads or just with dipping sour dough

This product, infused with lemon, is heavenly on salads. Absolutely the best aroma and taste. Everyone I know that eats my salads raves about the olive oil. However, the last shipment of three bottles came in a larger box than was needed. There was no foam or cushioning! One of the bottles broke and oil spread everywhere. I am shocked that the other two bottles didn't break because they just rattled and rolled around in the box. I could hear them as the delivery person handed me the box, half soak with oil so the delivery person had to cover it with a plastic bag as it was getting all over the other packages in his truck. I tried to return the broken bottle, but this item is not eligible for return. SO, BEWARE! If Amazon is not going to cushion the bottles so they don't break, then you might be out of luck. I ended up calling Amazon and the customer service person put the cost of one of the bottles back into my account. But normally, I should not have been eligible for my money back. It's hard to get that olive oil anywhere else, so this is very disappointing for me.

This oil is very good for coating fish before cooking. The flavor of Meyer lemons is not as sharp as ordinary lemon so used in a marinade it won’t overwhelm the flavor of what is being marinated. I always coat salmon with it before cooking.

Subtle lemon to this wonderful olive oil. I will be a repeat customer. I use it with vinaigrettes, cooking, and more. Exceptional.My one criticism is the bottle opening — a drip-free opening would make a huge positive difference. I must hold paper toweling around the top to keep it from dripping down the bottle when I use it, unlike other olive oil brands.

My very favorite oil. I just wish Amazon could offer as a subscription item. I keep this brand in my house all the time. I cook with it, use it as salad dressing, bread dipping and in some baking. For me Sutter Buttes has the best infused flavor. I have tried others when I could not get this brand and I always come back.
