Bought this to tinker around the house and the cars. It does the job and there are many options that you can use for any job.

They work great and looks well made.

Great set of pliers for everyday jobs

Mostly happy with these so far. There is a variety of pliers and vice grips here, enough that just about everyone should be satisfied. They are all very well machined and well constructed, with comfortable grips that make them easy to use. I haven't beat on all of them yet, but I used the snap ring pliers the other day, and they held up well. Even the tips, which have a tendency to bend with cheaper tools, held up well and are just as straight as when I started. From what I've seen so far, these can take a beating.My only complaint is the lack of springs on a few of them. For example, the side cutters don't have a spring forcing them open, which means you need to manually pull them apart after you squeeze them together. It's not a big deal, and lots of other pliers are like this....but it sure would be nice if you could just relax your grip and have them come open on their own. Instead you have to pull them apart and reset your grip every time. I'm not mad enough about it to deduct a star, but it's something to be aware of.Overall, I'm about about 4.5 stars with these. It's a nice, cost effective set that should hold up well to heavy use.
