Oventrop1011450 Angle Adaptor for Valve HK White

I recently upgraded our boiler and thermostat to a modern smart system and installed smart TRVs on all the radiators in the house. I quickly found that the position of the TRVs caused a problem with most of the radiators. The TRV was so close that it warmed up with the radiator and switched the flow to the radiator off before the room had really started to warm up, it would then cool down rapidly and switch the flow on again and this whole cycle would continue (I believe this is referred to as 'hunting'). Using the compensation settings on the thermostat did not really fix things either.I was going to get a plumber to come around, drain the whole system and flip all of our valves by 90 degrees to try to resolve the problem, but this would have been quite costly. I then saw these and bought a couple to try out. They have been fantastic and instantly solved the problem without the need for a costly visit from a plumber! I have since bought enough to fit to every radiator that was affected by this problem and I am now able to take full advantage of our smart set-up.If you have smart TRVs of any sort fitted to your radiator and they are not performing as expected, then I thoroughly recommend fitting these to your radiators. They look a little odd at first, but you get used to the appearance in no time, and the improvement in the performance of the heating system is well worth it!!

Sturdy, and I was impressed with the action of the pin — push it in gently with a finger and you can see the pin at 90° move smoothly out. Once fitted it worked as expected.I used this to adapt a Tado radiator value, to move the temperature sensor away from the radiator and the hot copper feeder pipe, in order to get a more accurate reading. This worked better than I’d hoped. Previously, it would overread when the radiator was hot, by 4 or more degrees. Putting this adapter on, it’s way more accurate, within a degree at all times. I honestly didn’t expect it to be that effective, as it’s only moved away by an inch or two, but it clearly makes all the difference in the world. I’ve bought more as a result.I just wish they weren’t so wretchedly expensive, but I suppose that’s because they’re imported.

Great for repositioning TRV to protect them, especially smart TRV's.

Tado smart radiator valves are too close to the radiator so they register as much hotter than the room actually is.These 90 degree bends move the tado valve further away - works brilliantly - damps the response so the room has a glance to heat up properly.Doesn't look as neat, and at ~£20 each, not cheap (although I got a load at £9 each on black Friday deals!)

hier ist es wirklich gerechtfertigt.Ich hab jahrelang regelmässig beim Reinkommen über die Terrasse (mit dem Feuerholz im Korb) ins Wohnzimmer das "smart Home" Thermostat vom Heizkörper "abgeschlagen".Diesen Winkeladapter montiert und nun sind genau diese 10 cm. die seit Jahren im Weg gestanden sind bzw. an Platz zum Durchgehen gefehlt haben, frei.Einfach den Thermostat abschrauben dieses Winkel dazwischen setzten und das Thermostat wieder an den Winkel schrauben und fertig.Werde bestimmt noch einen kaufen da ich noch einen Heizkörper habe der ungünstig das Thermostat in den Raum streckt.

Der Artikel an sich ist gut, aber leider weist der Verkäufer in der Annonce nicht daraufhin um welches Gewinde es sich hierbei handelt. Bei meinem Oventrop Ventil hat das leider nicht gepasst da das Gewinde feiner ist. Ich habe versucht mit dem Verkäufer eine Lösung zu finden aber die Reklamtionsabwicklung war ungenügend. Er hat mich an Oventrop verwiesen für ein neues Gewinde.

Utilissimo per risolvere i problemi di montaggio in spazi limitati. Abbinato con Eqiva CC-RT-BLE-EQ e funziona benissimo riducendo l'ingombro che altrimenti non mi avrebbe permesso l'installazione.

Hat die vorgesehene Funktion voll erfüllt damit der Thermostat nicht zu weit vorsteht.Die Wärmeleistung usw hat dabei keinerlei Funktion
