will anything in this kit help me remove one-way, tamper proof screws?

I’ve used my reverse thread stripped screw- head remover many times. I just center punch the screw head. Drill into it slightly and use the appropriate screw remover bit and it’s out. I’ve never had trouble with them this way. Didn’t even know there was a remover kit.

I just got these, the T8 is off center, wondering if it will even work. Is anyone else's T8 hole off center?

Mine does not appear to be off center but then my eyes are 65+ years old. 

Are these impact ready? If not, does DeWalt make a similar kit that is?

Unfortunately this set is not available in IR construction. Due to the fragile geometry of some security bit designs I'd recommend using a low impact/torque setting on your driver or try a hand driver.
