Will this work with checksoft?

They should, my payroll program is Pensoft they work just fine. I've been using this check stock for a couple of years now and am quite happy with the product. The #10 double window envelopes are perfect for my payroll checks plus, they are self sealing.

U can use a template already made for the need for your check or a program made for writing checks at Office Max.

can i print on hp office pro 8035e?

Given that these checks are both laser and inkjet friendly, you should be able to. I use them on a laser printer usually. Upon receiving your notification I went ahead tried printing them on my HP Office Jet Pro 8600, since its an inkjet, and it worked fine. No smudges.

How do you get my bank account number and routing number on the check?

I use the program Versacheck which allows you to put in all you bank information and properly formats it for you. The other thing you need is MICR ink/toner to print them with. This toner allows your financial institution to electronically read your account info.
