Ive had other units in the past, but i usually got tangled in the wires. I primarily use this to help stop my RLS in the middle of the night. The wired units took up too much time to apply at 3am, when I needed it the most. Im not saying this a cure all for RLS, but has helped alot! Im able to attach the units/pads before I go to bed, then when needed, just put each button, grab my phone and find relief. I usually leave the app open on my phone. 5 minutes at the most. Ive now started using this during the day, when sitting for long periods or tensing up due to computer use. Ive had no issues with the units coming off during the day or during sleep, and I move alot. The batteries last several days, even though it usually use for over 2 hours a day/night. So many different types of pulses, I tried them all till I found the ones that work for me. The stickiness hasn't left the pads yet, but I did buy spares. The dual pads are perfect, as I can do 4 different areas at once, instead of buying another set. Its extremely effective in releasing my neck and lower back muscles. Im slowly working my way up in intensity, and haven't gove above 3 yet. I highly definitely recommend if your looking for an excellent tens unit that does more, massage and ems, and your totally done getting tangled in wires!

Such a great product for muscle recovery. It really helps with those tight, stubborn areas that never seem to heal as quickly as you’d like. I love that it’s completely wireless — it makes it super easy to travel with, and you can even wear it discreetly while moving around without anyone noticing. My husband uses it on his calves when we travel to help keep swelling down, and it actually makes a big difference. The relief is noticeable, and the compact design is incredibly convenient. Highly recommend for athletes, active families, or anyone who needs targeted muscle support on the go.

Great little unit. Comes in a very convenient case, super for travel. Good looking device. So far the battery life seems strong, and it has helped relive pain.

This is the most powerful TENS unit I've ever used. I rarely turn it up to even 50% power. The batteries in the devices also last a long time which lets you focus on restoration and not on charging. I like that it also has EMS and massage modes. It would be nice if you could control whether or not it goes in a pattern or goes continuously. I bought an additional set and for some reason, the app does not allow you to use more than two units at a time which is frankly stupid. If I want to run 8 of these at once I should be able to. There's no good reason to limit it. Please change this and I will buy more. The other thing I don't like so much is the pads lose stickiness very quickly compared to other pads I've used. You get a few uses out of them and have to buy new ones which can get expensive. Luckily these units are an amazing price for what you get. More options than the two pad types would be nice as well. They're both pretty small so a larger one would be nice. Another nice to have would be a slimmer main unit. Even if this increased footprint size I think it would be worth it for comfort. Lastly I would love a version with heat. I haven't been able to find a single wireless unit that offers that. It's hard to find them even in wired units. So make it happen. Overall it's a nice unit and works well despite the few gripes and nice to have wishes.

Update: coustmer service has reached out and taking care of it 10/10 Worked great the first hand full of times now when ever I go to use it it stims pretty hard before doing the massage. If you like being shocked it’s great tho. After the jolt that locks up your muscles it really is amazing

I love it!

I thought this would be good, but it's not. The base layer of the pads is made from a semi-rigid plastic. The edges are sharp and they chafe the skin the entire time they are on. Plus the wire on one of the 2-piece pads broke off the first time I tried to use it. Also, the control app is not user friendly. It allows you to use 2 units at one time, but you have to have both of them on the same setting. So, if you want one on your back, and one on your leg, with the back set to one setting, and the leg to anther - you can't. You can set the intensity separately for each, but that's it. The type of setting (tens, ems, tapping, needing, etc.) is set to the same for both units. And, if you go through a cycle on both or either of the units, and then want to set up another cycle, you have to back out of the app all the way to the first screen, turn both units back on manually, and then go forward in the app to the setting screen. That's the only way the app will resume communication with the units.
