The DXZ A3 UV L805 UV Flatbed Cylinder Printer is a great printer with great coustomer service.
The DXZ A3 UV Printer is probably nothing like any other printer you have owned. It will print high resolution full color on just about anything you can fit on the flatbed. I had a lot of trouble at first because I just didn't understand how UV printing works. There is no heat involved a the UV ink is cured with UV light. This means you can print on delicate objects without damaging them. When I first receive the printer last week, I could not get it to turn on. I originally thought I would need to return the printer and made a Return Request with Amazon. That was a big mistake because I am having trouble cancelling the Return Request that I should have never made. What I had to do to get the printer going was to first take the top off (four screws and unplug the fan cord). That makes the main board visible and I could see a whole bunch of plug-in connectors. I removed and reinserted every visible connector. I reinstalled the top cover, powered up the printer, and it began its initialization process. I had not yet put ink in all the jars for each color and varnish, so I decided to stop and do that. Make sure you have some exam gloves. Make sure you have lots of rubbing alcohol on hand, as that is what you use for all cleaning chores on this printer. Another thing you must do is to fill the water jar that is located in the compartment below the row of ink jars. This where my problem occurred, but it took awhile for me to find it. When I made a print with the printer, the UV ink didn't properly cure and looked terrible. It turned out that the small water hose had not been plugged into the pump inside the water jar. Once I plugged in the water hose and turned on the power, the water system was filled, I had to refill the water jar as it had used quite a bit of water to charge the system. This printer needs to be used every day, and you will get used to doing lots of nozzle cleans. Generally you need to do three nozzle cleans in a row. And don't forget to regularly empty the Waste Ink Jar. The DXZ support people are 12 hours time difference, or half way around the world from me, so that often means delays in getting answers, so plan accordingly. The service people are great to work with, will get you going. I highly recommend this printer.

This Is NOT the One. You Have Been Warned.
āāāāā 1 Star Keep Searching! This Is NOT the One. You Have Been Warned. I purchased the DXZ A3 UV Printer (Automatic L805) for $5,519.49, expecting a professional-level machine with solid support to match the price. What I got instead was weeks of frustration, repeated troubleshooting, and little to no real technical support. Let me be fair: this machine is built like a tank. It feels solid and could be excellent. But potential doesnāt justify the inflated price when the support structure simply isnāt there. (A refund would be nice! Partial or otherwise) Delivery was delayed, and after purchase I noticed several previous negative reviews mentioning similar issues. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that those warnings were accurate. Setup was a struggle from the start. When problems came up (and they did), there was no real customer service line to call. Communication is done strictly through WhatsApp with overseas support. Responses were slow due to time zone differences, and troubleshooting felt like guesswork rather than guided technical assistance. For a machine at this price point, thatās unacceptable. Minor quirks can completely throw the machine out of operation. Iāve had multiple instances where it goes through all the motions carriage moves, lights on, sounds normal, but it simply will not print. Again. Iāve burned through ink just trying to diagnose and fix issues myself. At this point, Iām buying more ink just to keep troubleshooting, with no clear solution in sight. Yes, some earlier technical issues were eventually solved but only after significant time, effort, and frustration on my end. Paying over $5,500 does NOT secure you premium support. Youāre essentially on your own. This printer could be amazing if it came with proper instructional videos, detailed tutorials, and accessible real-time tech support. But as it stands, I strongly recommend saving your money and purchasing locally from a reliable supplier where you can get hands-on service and real accountability. You Will spend more time adjusting and searching for help than you will printing. Great prints, but few and far in-between. If you value your time, money, and sanity, keep searching. This is not the one. You have been warned.

There is realistically no such thing as a āfinalā or ālastā version of any machine. Technology continues to evolve, and even shortly after a release, manufacturers introduce enhancements, automation, and more user-friendly improvements. With this understanding, I purchased the DXZ A3 UV Printer based on both capability and long-term support. The printerās performance and print quality are excellent and meet professional expectations across the applications I am using it for. Like all UV printers, there is a learning curve, but once understood, the machine performs reliably. What truly exceeded my expectations is the after-sales service. DXZ has consistently provided responsive, patient, and technically sound support. Over time, this has built genuine confidence that in any technical situation, I am supported by a capable and friendly engineering team, even though the assistance is remote. This level of support makes a significant difference in real-world use, and based on my experience, I feel technically secure and confident moving forward. I would consider DXZ again for future needs if the product aligns with my requirements.
