I didn’t buy through Amazon, I bought from the website. I just started a few days so no weight loss yet but definitely notice the curb in cravings. I don’t feel like I need anything between meals and don’t crave anything sweet. I will assume I’ll loose weight because I’m not eating as much and no snacks. I’d give it a try.
