Its expensive however its well made and sturdy. The arms could be a little wider apart but its a big help for the elderly or someone with medical issues that make it difficult getting up and down without assistance. Putting it together was simple but because of the weight of the arms and the angle of attachment it required, for me, a second person. I'd recommend it and actually have.

I couldn’t be happier. Worth every penny, relatively easy to install, fit perfect and extremely sturdy. Add that to the space savings of no legs to trip over, and I know I said it once, but I’ll say it again I couldn’t be happier with this product.

I tried so many options buying and returning for my mom's needs. Fold down arms paired with a Kohler high seat and height spacers for leveling the seat looks the best and feels solid. I also like the fact that I can raise arms out of the way and seat pops right off with hidden quick disconnect button behind seat if needed to clean easier.

I didn't like the screws they're too small. The rubber nut assembly were too big didn't fit on the toilet holes. I have to use a drill bit to make the holes bigger. They need to redesign that part. screw need to have an inner washer that fits in the toilet holes, then a metal nut with rubber combined as one.The only reason kept it is because we have a small restroom.This product doesn't give you the diagrams information to see if the screws fit your toilet. All it shows is a little rubber nut on the toilet but it doesn't show how hard it was push it in the hole. Believe me I tried many ways to make it slide in the hole.

I bought this to help my 91 year old mother . She has arthritis in both knees has trouble walking and the arms help her to get up and down without having to grab for something to keep her from falling . She weighs 154 lbs. and this works great for her and you can lift the arms out of the way for other people and to get to the toliet paper holder .
