This won't cover anything if the manufacturer is not willing to resolve the problem. Worthless!
Lots of empty promises but does not really cover anything if the manufacturer isn't willing to back up their products. I purchased a piece of furniture and bought this coverage. When I received a damaged, shredded package, I was instructed to deal with the seller/manufacturer. They would not cover the return (shipping it back on my own dime would cost as much as the original purchase), nor would the insurance cover it if the manufacturer was not willing to back it up. So I am stuck with a damaged, useless piece of furniture and the money I paid for this insurance was wasted. Buyer beware!

Good for the price
Instructions were easy to understand and assemble. The bunk beds size is perfect for small spaces. I like that it comes with outputs for my kids to use for connecting there appliances. The storage underneath the bed is a plus.

Simple to process
First time to purchase the protection. Son's expensive gaming chair broke. I called and the same day it got processed and had my warranty claim done in minutes. Had the money moments after I submitted my pictures of the damage. I would purchase again.

Impressive service
Office chair arm broke. The manufacturer offered a 50% refund (the chair was only 6 months old). I filed a claim with Asurion, provided the requested photos of the damage, and within 24 hours I had a full refund for the price paid. I expected getting a difficult response - I was most happily surprised! Definitely recommend for high value breakable items

Application process may be skewed.
Although my claim was successfully fulfilled, it was after 4 attempts & 4 submissions in order to get it done. I was repeatedly told to re-submit my pics, and at one point told to submit pics of the items that were NOT damaged as well. (for context-I bought a 4 pack of chairs and one failed due to cheap welds).
