I've tried them all and these babies even provide coverage during a sweaty workout in a air conditioned gym! As a fitness instructor in front of 40 plus people and mirrors, I really don't want to worry about my girls misbehaving. Top Hats are amazing! Even after the adhesive wears off they still stay in place with a bra and last forever! Buy a second pair as a backup as you won't want to be without them! Not sure why the price keeps going up but buy these... the imitators pale in comparison and these are worth every penny !

These are sooooooo awesome. I wear them everyday to work M-F. My nipples standout through multiple pieces of clothing and I was tired of wearing padded bras or trying to figure out what I could wear without my nipples sticking out. These Top Hats stay on really good and I've even worn them without a bra once. I've been wearing them almost daily since I bought them (months ago?) and they still stay on. I'll be buying them again, FOR SURE.

They are a bit thicker and heavier than I expected but served the purpose. The case could be updated to better store them.

Being an athletic gal with a modest chest I found these to be a total lifesaver. I discovered that even several layers of clothes couldn't disguise my affliction to cold weather entirely, but these have changed that. They provide ample coverage (about 2" in diameter), and have a nice sticky surface that adheres well to clean dry skin, and doesn't hurt to remove. Easy to wash with gentle soap and water, and reusable a dozen times over and more, I highly recommend me these as that little insurance policy in confidence and modesty.UPDATE: Less than 3-months later and these have lost their adhesive stick. I have washed them gently several times per the instructions but lint and stuff gets stuck to them and will not wash off. I’ll have to buy more and hate that aren’t a little cheaper. Super bummed.

I recently had a double mastectomy with reconstruction and no longer need to wear bras. However, I did decide to also have a nipple reconstruction, so needed something to cover those. I was skeptical but these are well worth the cost and so far seem to stick better the more I use them. Too much sweating will cause them to slip, but I teach and they have stayed in place despite constant pacing during my lectures. I would highly recommend these!

I hate strapless bras. Hate them. Unfortunately they can be a necessity with some shirts and dresses. As a small-busted woman (32 B), these are perfect! They stay in place, they’re unnoticeable once they’re on, and really easy to take off and store. I *highly* recommend you buy these, they are worth the price!

I've always had a problem with nipples showing thru my bras, even with light padding or layered clothing. I've tried many other similar products, but these are by far the best I've found. They cover the lady bits and you can't see the outline of the concealers, as happens with the other brands.

Solved my “high beams” problem! I’m ordering several more. Smooth coverage with no outlines.These are a life changer for me.
