Thus product is faulty and broke in my wall as I was installing it. This is going to cause much more manual work on my end and money to replace the tile around the shower head. I tried contacting the company to file a complaint but was unable to reach anyone.

The KENES Polished Chrome Tub and Shower Faucet is a quality product. The installation is typical with decent directions to help get it installed correctly the first time before you put in your shower walls. Here are my thoughts on this faucet:PROS:1) Good instructions to help make installation manageable.2) The finish is excellent. The unit looks fantastic after everything is installed.3) The pressure balancing valve works well at keeping the temp of the water consistent.4) The valve is smooth making adjustments to the temperature easy to do and when you shut the water off, there is no drips. When the valve is off, it is off.5) Made of quality parts. There is not much plastic on this unit. A well constructed metal faucet.CONS:1) I don't know if you can call this a con since it is a shinny chrome product. But, being chrome it shows finger prints really bad. I know, expect it on chrome products.Conclusion:This is a solid, well constructed and good looking faucet that functions as well as it looks. For the price point you are getting a higher end faucet at a lower end price. I recommend this product.RATING SYSTEM:I review a lot of products because I know reading other peoples reviews are very helpful in selecting the right product. I saw a reviewer that gave a rating scale and I thought, "that is useful". When one is reviewing from underwear to air compressors having a way to tell you why I rate is important.Here is my rating scale:5 Stars: Excellent product, I highly recommend this product for anyone.4 Stars: Good product, but there are some quality, functionality, or design issues, but will still work well.3 Stars: Okay product, it will work for some people but not all people. It works but not great.2 Stars: Is not very functional. It might work in a very specialized situation, but don't count on it.1 Star: Trash. I can't see any useful purpose for the product.

This stainless steel and brass shower head and faucet set in chrome by KENES is really well made with an impeccable fit and finish. The valve operation is smooth as silk and just feels like quality. It's hard to pick just one feature of this really nice set, but if I had to, probably the most important feature for me is the pressure balanced valve which helps to keep you from getting scalded or frozen if someone else in the house decides to use the water while you are taking a shower.The price point for this set is incredibly low. I would expect to pay twice as much in a big box store for a comparable product. I am a fan of this set.
