I did a lot of research before buying my step daughter a gaming PC for Christmas and boy am I pleased with what we got! The price alone was excellent for what we got and this PC has run everything we have thrown at it with ease and great performance. The Mutineer 1660 super is the perfect entry level PC for gaming and more. We had one minor issues with the inputs on the top of the PC not working properly after getting everything setup. The customer service process was smooth and fast. Within a couple days they had sent us a new I/O panel to replace myself. Unfortunately I didnt get it right and they quickly sent me a label to send the PC to them for repair. Within a couple days I got the notification they received it and then three days later they called to advise they had fixed the issue and shipped the PC back. These guys have are awesome! I will be buying another PC from them very very soon!

The product arrived quickly; however, was dead on arrival (A Saturday). It provided a blue screen not allowing windows to start. It was also missing a cover at the back where the expansion slots were located. As requested, i tried to contact the manufacturer help desk. A message indicated they were only open 9-5 M-F. I left a message. Called again Monday at 9 a.m. A message said they would get back with me within 72 hours. But i waited and spoke to a telephone answer, who followed up with an email to establish a ticket. I did. They first said it was ok to have an open spot in the case. But after confusion of the hard drive - it still wouldn't boot. I sent photos of the inoperable computer. When i called back at 4:35 p.m. - they didn't answer. Nor follow up on my request to help fix the issue / or a packing slip to send back. I then contacted Customer Service who was able to send me a return packing slip. Since then, they received the computer on Nov. 29. But I'm awaiting refund now. I can't recommend the company.

I was hesitant to purchase this because of reviews. However I bought it because of the price. Other gaming PCs are just way too much. I have had this PC for over a year and I have not had any trouble with it. My son is a 13 year old daily gamer and he plays for hours. He has no complaints and has not asked me for a new PC yet! If you’re looking to get a gaming PC for a younger person this will not disappoint.

I purchased the viprtech with high hopes, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. From the moment I powered it on, it was clear that this machine was a lemon.Firstly, the build quality is atrocious. The plastic casing feels like it could shatter with a gentle tap, and the overall construction is flimsy at best. It's as if they cut every possible corner to save a few pennies.Performance-wise, it's a joke. Despite boasting impressive specs on paper, the reality is far from it. The system struggles to handle even basic tasks, let alone demanding applications or games. It lags, freezes, and crashes with alarming frequency, making any attempt at productivity a futile endeavor.The software bundled with the PC is riddled with bloatware and unnecessary add-ons, bogging down the system even further. It's like trying to run a marathon with a ball and chain strapped to your ankle.And don't even get me started on customer support. Dealing with their so-called "support team" is like pulling teeth. They're slow to respond, unhelpful when they do, and seem more interested in deflecting blame than actually solving issues.In conclusion, save yourself the headache and steer clear of anyViprtech Pc/Items. It's a shoddy piece of hardware with subpar performance and abysmal customer support. Do yourself a favor and invest your hard-earned money elsewhere.

I bought this PC as a birthday gift for myself. My PlayStation was almost 7 years old and it would not run basic games well like fortnite, war thunder, siege, likewise. This pc runs fortnite at around 100 games with low graphics, 120 with my personal settings in siege, and war thunder at around 150 frames. If you want a pc to run your games at around the same frame rate and speeds as a new ps5 i would buy this. this is also versatile for other things such as schoolwork.

Got the computer 2 years back....A fair warning!!! It does not run what it says it does and lacks power. The graphics card can surely handle a lot but the cpu is pretty much hot garbage. As it is a great budget pc for a younger kids birthday..i wouldn't suggest it as a starter for more hardcore/average gamers. Can give it the credit that it can handle vr somehow. But can't even handle lethal company without almost dying. Hell even world of warcraft a 20 year old game defeats it

This was easy to set up. Everything came installed and we just had to turn it on and it worked perfectly. I got this for my 12 year old for his birthday and I don’t see us replacing it any time soon. Over time I’m sure we’ll upgrade some components but for now it’s working beautifully.I really appreciate being able to afford something like this for my kids. There was no way we would have been able to gift him something like this at other listed prices.I would definitely recommend this pc. I did not have any problems like some of the other reviews here and I would honestly say not to go based off of those. I haven’t had an issue at all since purchasing it but I would imagine the seller would help make it right if we had. They did reach out to see how it was going and I think if they weren’t interested in customer satisfaction they wouldn’t have reached out.I give it five stars and would purchase this again.
