I had a terrible experience with the Boat Rockerz Trinity. The build quality is extremely poor; it feels very flimsy and cheap. My unit was defective right out of the box, but when I reached out for a replacement, they blamed me for "physical damage," which clearly wasn't the case. It seems like an excuse to avoid honoring the warranty.The calling experience is the worst I've ever encountered with headphones. The audio is muffled, and the microphone picks up every bit of background noise, making conversations almost impossible.To make things worse, the customer support team is incredibly unsupportive. They keep making false promises and never follow through. It feels like they don’t care about their customers at all. Avoid this product if you value your money and sanity.

I have purchased this headphones just after its release, that means before writing this review i get to use this headphones for almost a month now.So after a month of experience here it is...1. Battery:As expected amazing battery, they showcase 150hrs, but after using it daily for atleast 7 to 8 hrs and on sat and sun 10 to 12 hrs my battery backup has been amazing. This headphones go for almost 2 weeks without charge. So I'd say this headphones can give you atleast 90 to 100hr of backup.2 sound quality:I am a sound enthusiast so for me having atleast a nice sound for cheap headphones is a must, and i must say that this headphones have not disappointed me, their signature sound mode is what i use daily, as the balanced mode is just awefull.Also the noise cancellation is ZERO so dont expect anything.3. Built quality:Material is plastic, the earbuds, the button board everything here is plastic, not expecting this last more than a year if used daily.4. Length:This is a lengthy neckband, image having 1.5m cable and making a necband out of it. This is what this headphones are, and because of that the are not going sit tight on your neck they will be loose and often times, will be irritating as they will be just falling.Conclusion:Overall good headphones with decent quality, as i like to have good battery so this one are definitely for me and with this price range i do recommend this one. Only the issue is the length of the neckband, and the plastic quality of it could be improved.

However, there is room for improvement in areas such as build quality and Bluetooth connectivity.

Sound quality is good. Battery performance is the great. But while calling the next person on call cannot hear clearly, especially when there is background noice. Slow winds also affects the call quality. Overall good product but I'm very disappointed for mic quality. Can't talk while on the bike, even at slow speeds.

Truly disappointed.Bought the earphone soley cz of ENC feature but there's no noise cancellation whatsoever.Ive used boat's airdopes and wired earphones as well but even they don't last longer than 6 months anymore. Since the reviews were good thought of buying boat earphone once again but Overall quality of boat earphones have dropped.
