Die Weber Burgerpresse ist wirklich top und absolut empfehlenswert! Sie liegt super in der Hand, ist groß genug für auch größere Patties und hat ein richtig gutes Eigengewicht. So lassen sich die Smash Burger perfekt plattdrücken. Wie bei jeder Presse bleibt rohes Fleisch natürlich leicht kleben. Aber ich habe einen heißen Tipp, wie ihr das Problem ganz einfach löst und perfekte Ergebnisse erzielt: Deck die Unterseite der Presse mit einem Stück Backpapier ab. Nehmt ein Stück, das groß genug ist, damit ihr es am Griff festhalten könnt. So bleibt absolut nichts kleben und ihr bekommt jedes Mal makellose Patties. Und keine Sorge: Eure Patties werden auch mit dieser eckigen Presse perfekt rund.

Excellent quality press. Sure it’s expensive, but I feel like I’ll have this forever. I’ve used it in the kitchen as well as on the bbq. It does exactly what you expect it to. Beware the handle can get hot if used for prolonged times in the oven/on the bbq but that’s pretty common sense. It’s cast iron so needs the usual cleaning routine and upkeep, but if you have cast iron products you know what that’s about. It’s a big slab, so probably won’t fit if you’re trying to use it with a normal sized frying pan. Highly recommend this.
