I just bought a Akaso Go activity camera like a GoPro but much less expensive. Of course I needed to buy a case because I was primarily going to use it underwater.. i've had great experiences with waterproof bags or cases and of course had horrible experiences. I tested this thing three times with tissue paper inside it holding it underwater in my sink in cold and hot temperatures. The tissues came out dry. I was in the water for 30 minutes filming manta rays and it did perfectly. It came with more attachments than a transformer lol which is cool because now it's giving me ideas on how I can use it in other activities I engage in. I hope all the parts hold up against the test of time and use.

Bought it for a wonderful water filled vacation. Needed a camera to take movies underwater, beach shots and not heavy to lug around✓ Protects your camera because of the waterproof casing✓ Note: you will need to buy a special SD card. Just keep that in mind. Not hard to format and insert into the camera. Perfect vacation camera by the ocean, sea, river, lake...you get the picture😆haha

Does it float and hold your action camera? Absolutely. Does it keep the compartment dry? Yes. Does the wrist strap work? Again yes. Is it the greatest grip out there? No. But, for the price, it does what it is supposed to do. I have several action cameras. I attach the cheapy one to this and let my kids and their friends go to town in the pool. It takes a bruising and seems to be holding up. The grip will probably last 2-3 trips into the pool/ocean before it gets torn apart. That is the worst thing about this. But I didn't pay a lot for this and consider it almost disposable.Do I recommend? You bet I do. But don't expect it to be the best grip ever when you only paid $8.

The product really surprised me – it’s better than I expected. I was just looking for something basic to get by, but this actually works great and floats really well. The only downside is that the screw that connects to the GoPro rusted after just one use, but considering the price, it’s still a solid purchase. Just keep in mind that you might want to replace the screw or rinse it thoroughly after use in saltwater.

Nice grip handle and having the wrist strap included is really helpful too. Does the job well!

Got this before going to the Bahama's and didn't want to pay the high price GoPro was charging for the same thing. This was just such a better value for the money.It's easy to mount to the GoPro and does it's job of floating.
