Used it for our daughters birthday and looked amazing!

I’m so upset with this product the assemble time was tedious but what was irritating is that the letters were designed incorrectly to where the holes to hold the letters up with stakes were at the top instead of bottom .. despite this I tried to make it work given the time I put into installing.. the topper for me was what the letters would break when trying to connect to certain holes , they kept coming disconnected and were falling over before the start of my event to where they ended up just hanging out in my trunk ….0 stars for me … I have to return and now when I trying to dissemble the PAPER ( flimsily pieces ) pieces are breaking in the process … this should be trashed instead of returned as they will not be able to save the deal life if this due to its poor quality … I deserve my money back and compensation for my time at this point !
