I have had this nearly a year and then recently started using it again, however it didn't seem to work. Despite it being cheap and replaceable I decided to contact the customer service team there was a bit of back and forth and miscommunication but they kept following up even when I forgot to reply and somehow, they fixed it super easily once we identified that I needed an update. Honestly I assumed I would be fobbed off but they were so helpful. The print quality isn't great, but it's so cheap, the quality is as good as you'd expect. It works and customer service is good.

Estupenda y rápida. Su impresión es de calidad a pesar de ser en blanco y negro por lo menos con el papel que trae, no he probado con otro. La app es fácil de usar lo malo es que hay alguna de las funciones de la app son de pago y necesita suscripción, pero con lo que trae gratuito es más que suficiente.

Ich bin wirklich begeistert von diesem kleinen Drucker! Er ist kompakt, handlich und lässt sich kinderleicht bedienen. Man kann ihn für fast alles nutzen – ob zum Erstellen von Aufklebern, zum Ausdrucken von Notizen oder sogar für kreative Bastelprojekte. Besonders gut finde ich, dass der Drucker so viele verschiedene Einsatzmöglichkeiten bietet. Ich drucke damit oft Etiketten für meine Sachen und auch für die Schulmaterialien meiner Kinder. Diese haben viel Spaß damit, ausgedruckte Vorlagen zu Basteln und zu Spielen – es ist ein tolles gemeinsames Projekt! Die Druckqualität ist ausgezeichnet – alles wird klar und präzise dargestellt. Das ist besonders wichtig, wenn man feine Details oder kleine Schriften benötigt. Der Drucker ist außerdem perfekt für Kinder geeignet, da er leicht zu handhaben ist und dabei eine hervorragende Bildqualität liefert. Die Bluetooth-Verbindung hat problemlos funktioniert, sowohl mit meinem iPhone als auch mit Android-Geräten. Insgesamt bin ich rundum zufrieden und kann den Mini-Drucker nur empfehlen – er ist eine fantastische Hilfe für kreative Ideen, praktische Etiketten und Lernmaterialien!
