I have beeen a user of the Zeal Condensor Microphone for a few years. I recently purchased there newer version K66 Microphone. I was very happy with the features provided and the quality of the microphone. The noise cancellation option was new and made a great difference while recording.I had an issue with the USB cable but Zeal was quick to give me a set of USB cables as replacement. Very Happy and satisfied with their response.

Good option for phone calls if you work from home or for conferences or meetings, very good for creating voice clips or podcasts, I really recommend it a lot and I wish they sold the replacement of the black cover because my cat ate it :/

It works amazing, catches all the sounds I need and more! I was confused at first didn’t know I needed headphone plugged into it for it to work but got it!

If I could give this product no stars I would! my microphone has stopped working I have only used it twice. I just got it in May and since May I’ve used it twice! And it’s not working. The instructions just say to use a different cable when using a Mac and I’ve tried every usb-C cable I have and nothing works. But all of the cables actually work themselves so it is the microphone.The instructions say it comes with a 12 month warranty so hopefully I can get a new microphone or my money back!*** REVIEW UPDATE***The company had a sales representative reach out to me who was very understanding and gave me a full refund, I accepted it as an Amazon gift card refund.I greatly appreciate the company for going above and beyond to help meet my request due to the unfortunate situation of my microphone being inoperable. Because the company took the initiative to correct the issue I raised the star rating from 1-3!

Got this as a gift for my daughter. She does podcasts and it was perfect for her. It's easy to setup and use.

I got this microphone to record YouTube videos while gaming and so far it is working great. The volume quality and clarity is better than I expected it to be. It was very easy to set up. I experienced issues at first with not hearing my voice back through my computer but I figured out that in volume settings you have to make sure it isn’t selected on the microphone (unless you want to plug headphones into it and listen that way). So any problems I’ve had, they have been user error and not an issue with the product. I definitely would recommend!
