It's a lovely rowing machine pleased that I chosen this one .You can download a app to get a excersise program and it gives you in a incentive to use the app to gain stars. On the free app it gives you other work out excersise to do

This is a good purchase for the money. The assembly was easy, but it did take me a little more than 20 minutes based on some other reviews. I think if it's two people; then, maybe the assembly could go faster. The instructions were great. It is sturdy. It's a good machine to store in a small space. The rowing machine is pretty quiet, and it provides a very good cardio exercise. I'm happy with the machine.
