I have had other facial exercise books, but this is the best by far. The photos are large, in color, and show clearly how to do the exercise. There is also a thorough description of how to do each exercise, how it should feel if you are doing it correctly, and what muscles you are strengthening. It is divided into sections for differenc parts of the face. I could feel the tightening of my muscles within days and have seen tremendous improvement in the weeks since I have been using it. It just takes a few minutes each day. I started out by focusing on problem areas, and now I rotate different areas by the day. I wish I had started doing this years ago.

Simple and VERY effective
Face yoga is really popular right now and I became overwhelmed by whose products to buy (and some are really pricey). I decided to try this simple book instead. I've been using regularly for a month at least, doing 5-7 exercises in order every week night, and I kid you not my lips look like they've been expertly filled with filler. Also, for my entire make-up-wearing life I haven't been able to use eyeliner because the skin on top of my lashes was loose; the pencil would just drag and skip, and trying to hold the skin taught wasn't easy. I noticed today that my eyelids suddenly looked very smooth (there are a series of eyelid exercises) and I just now put eyeliner in a perfect line for literally the first time ever, no dragging or skipping, just smooth taught skin. These exercises are intuitive and they really do work! I'm hooked.

Easy instruction
Definitely worth getting this book, while you can just move your face and feel which muscles are being engaged, this book gives simple instruction for correct form and the right exercises to choose. Absolutely recommend

Seeing results!
I've been doing the workout for 4 nights in a row. I can definitely see its helping me achieve a more youthful face. My goal was to decrease the liines on my face: forehead folds, nasal folds and under eyes. My forehead looks smoother, my under eyes appear a bit more plump and my nasal folds appear a bit less noticeable. Definitely also see more prominent cheek bones. So far I'm happy with results and will continue. This workout makes sense as we work our bodies so why not face too?

Better than expected!
The media could not be loaded. If you're looking for a face yoga book with great pictures, helpful tips, and prompts, an entire section on facial massage, and another section on helpful facial pinching. This is the one for you!The pictures are fantastic and very helpful, the exercises are more independent movements of your facial muscles, then massaging them (as is popular on social media) but like I said, there is an entire extra section on facial massage too.One helpful tip – do these exercise exercises in the morning, or early afternoon if you (like many of us) suffer from clenching, grinding, tightening your jaw while you sleep. If you do these exercises at night, it can cause some discomfort.

Great book - stick to it and you’ll get beautiful results
These exercises work!!The title is very misleading because when you first start doing all the exercises, which I highly recommend, it took me over 45 minutes to do them all and do 10 reps each for 5 seconds but once you get the hang on them, you can do them in your car, while watching TV, while walking or at any other “free” time you might have. I moisturize really well before, during and after.Good luck - give yourself a full 30 days to try doing these exercises each day for 30 minutes and you should see a big difference and then can stay away from the expensive plastic surgeon’s office for a long time!

Ok exercises, bizarre book design
The exercises seem sensible, and explanations of face muscle structure are interesting, but the book design is bizarre. The same pictures are used over and over and over again, taking up whole pages, making the book about 4x longer than it needs to be. Wasteful of resources.

Simple Effective & Who Would Have Known?
I love the simplicity of these exercises, the way this book is laid out illustrating the muscle you are working and her comments on technique issues you might run into. It's been easier than a lot of self-care to incorporate into my routine as results are so easy to see in the mirror. It took me about 2 weeks to learn the exercises. Who would have thought that pouting, growling and raised eyebrows were so important to maintain as adult expressions? Now the car is one of my favorite places to do these, usually aiming not to stick out my tongue at the driver across from me. Ha!I've looked at some other types of facial exercises that group several moves. They are not as easy to learn or as clear on what muscles you are aiming for and I'm not retaining those. I really feel this book has me covered.
