When I first took this out of the vacuum packed bag I thought I’m returning this immediately.. it was lumpy and soo flat and I thought there was no way it would get fluffier. After following the instructions to pull out the stuffing it got slightly better but was still very flat so I decided to return and set it aside. I didn’t get around to actually returning in until several days later and when I went to grab it I realized it had fluffed up considerably over time, enough so that I’m satisfied with keeping it! So just be patient after opening and it’ll get a lot better. Still not a super fluffy dense pillow but for the price I think is decent quality

I just started the return process. This "pillow" is crap never fluffed up like it was supposed to when putting in dryer with 2 tennis balls. The stuffing lays in the center in a blob. Imagine how cotton would look if you washed it. A mess. I dont know why people are rating this so high. Even those not liking it are keeping it. Its a cheap price but why should we think we need to keep it when its sub par. The company will keep making sub par items if the junk isn't returned. Crap dont waste your money

A reasonable price for the small size. I needed a smaller insert and this is the perfect size. Good quality, easy to fluff it up out of the package, no odor and works. I recommend this brand as a good value.
