Easy to use. You need a basecoat and topcoat and a uv lamp. Once you have all those it's just a matter of following directions and your nails don't break. Because of Chemo my nails were awful. They were brittle, weak, and just tapping them on an object would cause them to break. This product help the nails to be stronger as they grow. As you can see from the picture they are growing..not all at the same rate but I have nails! My nails don't feel weak any more. I bought another bottle so I had an extra on hand.

this is my second time purchasing this product and I absolutely love this builder gel. it is thick enough to give the manicure structure but not too thick where it isn't easy to work with. It applies easily with the brush and is also easy to manipulate the product to keep it close to the side walls and cuticle line. it has lasted on my nails for a long time, but I've also become very accustomed to using my fingers rather than my nails from years of wearing extensions. I finally got my mom to let me use it on her as she works with her hands every day and I wanted her nails not to break. despite how hard she is on her hands it has lasted with minimal lifting or damage for an extended period of time.

This is 4 stars so you can read this. This is extremely thick and hard to work with. The bristles are too weak to move the thick gel. The gel trails from the bottle and it hard to stop the string of gel.

This builder gel is so easy to work with!!I also love their gel polishes. The picture in red polish is my builder gel after a week of growth in the color Ruby red by Gaoy too!!

I bought this set from this brand because I have bought other sets from GAOY and was pleased. The builder gels comes safely packaged, unopened with no spills. Each gel color is clearly labeled on side of the bottle. I like the assortment of colors even though they are all very nude/pinkish. I liked this "Jelly" type of builder gel for it's sheerness and versatility. The viscosity was medium, not super thick but not thin and runny either. It was easy to apply but I don't know if more than 2 layers would look good on me, probably would get too bulky.I bought builder gel because I saw that you can buff it out and take breaks in between adding your design and topcoat. I was able to put on a base coat with 2 layers of builder gel, buff them and then take a break. This allowed me to get up and stretch out, have a snack and give my back a break without messing up my hard work. I attached a photo with my right hand complete with design and top coat next to my 2 layers of builder gel buffed out on my left hand. I left my hand in buffed builder gel overnight, washed my hands and wiped my nails down with 91% alcohol before applying my design and topcoat with success. Now I no longer have to sit and do my entire hand for 4 hours. I can take breaks or even wait overnight to complete my nails as long as I thoroughly clean them so I don't cure my nails with bacteria on them possibly causing green nails.If you want very natural looking nails, I feel 2 coats of 1800 buffed out with a matte or glossy topcoat would achieve that affect.If you are planning on doing a builder gel overlay there are lots of video tutorials on YouTube which made me comfortable to give it a shot. Builder gel is not totally beginner friendly as there is a process to it and if you don't do it correctly it could look bumpy. This was my first attempt at it and while it wasn't perfect, it turned out a lot better than if I just YOLO'd it.Hope you found this review helpful and have a beautiful day.

While this product certainly did “build” my nails, I could not help but notice that when finished it looks as though I had picked my nose with every single finger. The gooey texture and fast-acting dry system ultimately produced giant boogers on each finger. I stopped applying after completing one hand. So in addition to looking like I am digging for nasal gold all day, people now also think I am left-handed (!).Anyways, it’s not all bad. I recently re-connected with the weird kid from my kindergarten class who also picked his nose all day long and we are planning to get drinks next Tuesday. So thats a plus. Wish me luck!

My nails had weakened with the constant use of gel polish. After several uses my nail were stronger and no longer bent without polish. You need to use gel base coat first and then apply this product. You can use color coat and must use top coat.

I didn’t like much this product because it came spill in the box besides that, everything was OK the price the color perfect
