This is hands down the best bird brine. I’ve tried numerous other brines and meat church has the best flavor and moisture retention. Mind you I smoke 10 turkeys every thanksgiving!

Tender, juicy chick thighs
I used this brine to soak some chicken thighs for the smoker. They turned out so tender and juicy. I don't think I'll ever smoke chicken with this brine.

This is the best brine I have ever used for turkey. Smoked my turkey and turned out amazing, will never go back to traditional turkey Brine was super easy to use and high quality for the price.

I love the Meat Church products. I have a lot of their spices, brines and sauces. I also enjoy the video's on the web site with tips for their recipes. Enjoyed many great smoked or grilled meals using their recommendations and recipes with their products. Last used on some split bone in breasts cooked at a high temperature (450 degrees on a Traeger smoker). I was apprehensive when I saw the instructions but the brine did its job and they came out so delicious I have smoked for at least 3 different occasions. Recipe on the Meat Church website. They also have instructional videos on the web site for many of the recipes.

We used this for our Thanksgiving turkey. It had a good taste and the turkey was great.
