In doing research on digital frames, I soon realized that most of those on the market have a 16:9 or similar image ratio, rather than a 4:3 ratio which is what most cell phone cameras use. This results in a long, skinny image area, which means your pictures are often either oddly cropped or distorted. This frame has the ideal ratio. The pictures are crystal clear and it’s easy to add new ones via email, SD card or USB—I found the instructions easy to understand. The app used to import the photos gets a bad rap in the App Store, but upon reading those reviews, it’s clear people aren’t following directions. The app worked great for me. This frame is less expensive than many of comparably large size, and I highly recommend it.

We got this specifically to use with the USB port, and neither USB (either the 2.0 or Type C) ports worked. The Type C port was mechanically broken (loose in the socket) and the older 2.0 port worked one time before failing (didn't read the same USB stick or any other ones). Doing a factory reset put the frame into a weird limbo state where it doesn't have the default settings or functionality that came from the factory. Further, the software is buggy and has inconsistent/different behavior versus what is outlined in the manual. For the price, this is very disappointing.

I purchased this digital photo frame for my living room wall. I love the clear crisp display. It is easy to use, easy to download photos from the app, love the touchscreen, and the remote.

I enjoy watching my large photo frame! Memories are always so fun to watch pass by! The quality of the frame is perfect. The stand is sturdy and can be used horizontally or vertically. I wish the photo quality was as good as viewing the pictures on my phone, but is still good enough to view from across the room. Some of the options of operations can only be activated by touch screen versus the remote which is a little frustrating if you have the frame up high in the room. Would I buy again? Yes. 🧠🧠🧠🧠(4 brains) for a good choice.

I have bought 2 of these so far. One for my grandma (she is in her 90's). They are simple to set up and are so enjoyable! The screen is a decent size, far better than sending pictures to a phone. I am so happy with this purchase! I love being able to send pics to grandma every day if I like. It is so easy to send pics from your devices and you can send up to 30 pics at once. Plus, all your loves ones can send from anywhere, not just one sender. A wonderful gift especially when you live far away from a loved one.

Easy to set up and easy to use

I was quite excited to purchase the Dragon Touch Digital Picture Frame 16.7-inch 4:3 Touch Screen, but my experience with the product has been deeply disappointing. From the outset, the device failed to meet basic expectations. The lack of sound is a major issue, especially when attempting to play videos. Despite following all instructions and troubleshooting, there was no audio output, making it impossible to enjoy multimedia memories. Additionally, the USB-to-device functionality is incredibly slow, and transferring files is a tedious process that often doesn’t work as intended. This inefficiency is frustrating, especially for a product in this price range, where you’d expect seamless performance. The device feels far from worth the investment. The advertised features and premium price set certain expectations, but the poor functionality and slow performance leave much to be desired. The inability to copy files effectively from a USB drive further diminishes its usability, and it simply doesn’t deliver on its promise as a modern digital picture frame. While the display might be decent, the overall experience has left me questioning its value, and I am unsure how to proceed with a product that fails on such fundamental levels.
