The item arrived with a dent in the can. It has a bitter taste so product defective. Should be earthy but should not have a bitter aftertaste. Used as finishing oil, so not heated. Disappointing.

I made a personal mistake...I did not read the ingredient list. This is a good product, but for my bold taste....it's pale.This is a Sunflower oil blended product...I was looking for a bolder olive oil product.My fault for not reading.

I had high expectations for this oil, but I realized upon using it that it was a sunflower oil and not olive oil for the base. The flavor is a little bit sweet, less pungently truffle if that's what I had expected. I normally use the leftover oil in pre-sliced black truffle jars after using the truffle to accompany steaks or pastas, and that's the flavor I was expecting. Oh well! Lesson learned.

this oil is good, and I like the container that it's in! however it still leaks after use, like all other oil containers I have used. I just wipe it off after each use nbd. I don't know if this is my most favorite truffle oil, but I have been enjoying it nonetheless! worth trying it to see how you feel about it for sure. this is one of those products that you should try a new brand of each time your product runs out, because none of them are inherently better or worse than the other, but your favorite will depend on your preferences. or you might not even have a favorite like me.

I use this truffle oil on my salads every day. Healthy, delicious. Well-packaged so it is fresh on opening and stays fresh in the time I use it.
