I love them wherever I want it super bright. These are not for mood lighting. Choose a warmer lightbulb if that is what you are looking for.

I am very well pleased with the lighting that these bulbs put out.

I ordered these for a dining room location. Too bright! I replaced with a warm soft light. I'll use these in other locations.

I used this product for my vanity and for hallway and above the bath fixture. As the title states, I am mostly pleased with them. Only one of the light bulbs came shattered. If I had not already put seven bulbs in, not so easy to change places, I would send them back for a replacement. But it is not worth the $1.20 that I would get back for that one bulb. Maybe if you buy these, you can be a little smarter than I was! Check each bulb before you start putting in to make sure none are broken.I cannot yet speak to the Longevity of these bulbs. However, I recently had an electrician tell me that other than about 3 brands, GE being one of them, most lightbulbs are not very reliable as to longevity and will not last nearly as long as they say they will. Other brands are also very susceptible to other issues. That is why I bought these GE bulbs.I am bummed about the shattered light, but fairy happy overall with the bulbs.
