This product - Qxmall K9 Crystal Multicolor Auto Color-Changing Rotation Wind Up Carousel Music Box - was broken at the base of the top portion and fell out of the styrofoam casing as soon as I unpacked it. Part of the crystal base was so crumbled to the point where it could not be reattached.
