Kids love it
Purchased for my nephew for Christmas. Got to see it in action a couple of weeks ago. Has some serious launching power. The kids loved chasing it down as it landed and had fun launching it. Got caught in a tree and survived. No noticable damage and functioned just the same as before its crash.

This thing is awesome
This thing is incredible. Flies super high. We got it stuck in a tree for 9 months and when it finally came down it still worked. Awesome toy

UNBELIEVABLE HEIGHTS!
Bought this for a 7 yr old who already has enough indoor RC cars and trucks. She'll have to be outdoors with this with parental supervision / co-play. Got it within 48 hours. Can't believe how high this can go!. First flights were with the battery only partially charged, right out of the box. With fully topped-off battery, this really goes. One push of button is 'lower' altitude; two pushes is higher. This is lightweight, prop driven, unlike a model rocket with propellant , does not have enough thrust so you can aim it to lift into a wind. A wind or breeze is going to affect it even during the boost phase. So unless you have an acre or more to fly it on, with no trees and no roofs to worry about, you really want to fly it on the 'lower' altitude one-button-push. I flew it one time only at the higher altitude setting and had to retrieve it in the neighbors yard. Only real negative is that repacking the chute needs to be precise, best to let an adult who is two generations older and can name for you all of the original Mercury astronauts do some coaching & supervision on repacking the chute. I got this for a 7 yr old -- I already myself got 30 buck worth of fun out of it.

Junk not worth the price.
Very cheap and not worth it. First launch was good, but the parachute was stuck to the side and didn't deploy. After reassembly, the parachute would deploy upon launch and the nose cone got shredded after 3 attempts. I think the chute was throwing the balance off and forcing the nose cone out during launch. Not a good product and with I could get a refund, but it's damaged.

Ha! Hub bought for kid next door - ya RIGHT
Husband insisted we purchase this for kid next door. After delivery, husband has been in field behind our house playing with "neighbor kid's" toy. It's durable... Because husband can break just about anything... Especially toys. It's still around.... Been couple months. If this 60 year old man can't destroy it in 8 weeks--your kid is probably unable to also. Not much assembly (didn't hear hub swearing and yelling). No battery to kill. Fun for tall slightly older children and young also.If you want you husband outta yo house- get em one if these.

I was super impressed…. Word to the wise… use in very open space!! We lost our first one because we didn’t know it would actually go as high as it said and rebought again!! Super fun!!

We had a blast with this! Until...
We had a blast with this rocket. My 4 year old grandson couldn't get enough play time with it. Just make sure that you are in a large open area. On day 2 of playing with it, a gust of wind came along and took it into a nearby treetop over 50ft in the air.. Rocket time was over. Will definitely buy another one. The only improvement that I see that could be made is that the base is a little small and light and it vibrates and moves too much prior to launch..
