The normal glitter holds up far better than the UV picture. The heart photos were taken 4 days apart, and it's been about that long again and still looks similar. The trans flag is more than half gone and was done at the same time.The glue smells BAD, but that fades rapidly.The brushes overfill with glitter and get wonky fast, but still work and don't mix the colors much even without wiping off between colors somehow. I don't understand how.The glitter Pride flag on my ankle is almost all gone after about 2 weeks.Definitely not a kit I would carry around with me, but the stencil held up & worked better than I thought. Have not reused yet.

Great set ! This was a first time trying glitter tattooing for me and this was a great set ! The glue works great dries pretty fast . the stencils were good able to use more than once , The tattoos last and actually you have to work to get them off !! I think that’s kind of a good thing that they last ! I found that makeup remover oil worked the best to remove them :) I will be using the set for party & another fundraiser soon !

My daughter went to a festival of some kind and came home with a glitter tattoo. I had previously not known they existed, but thought it was cool and creative. Looking it up on Amazon, I selected this kit mostly because it was among the least expensive while still containing all the components you would want (glitter, glue, brushes, stencils). I am not sure if one of the pricier ones would have been even better, but this one far exceeded my expectations.First of all, it is super easy to use.1. Apply one of the adhesive stencils to your skin2. paint it with the glue3. Remove the stencil4. Sprinkle or paint on one or more of the glitter colors with the small brush5. Wipe away the excess with the large brushAnd importantly, the end result usually looks pretty fantastic. They tend to last about a week, even with daily baths. (Depending on the design. The ones with fine detail obviously have less glitter and will rub away more quickly.) And once applied and dried, they don't leave glitter everywhere.A word of warning that it can definitely get messy during the application process. This is glitter you're dealing with. I lay down a large towel first, which tends to keep the excess glitter contained, and is also useful for cleaning the applicator brush as you go.And, finally, a minor quibble and a recommendation. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that the stencils are not all that reusable. Once you use a stencil, it will have sticky glue residue on the top side. And the adhesive that is supposed to stick to your skin doesn't work as well a second time, making the resulting tattoo less sharp and impressive. I have been able to use a stencil twice, basically, and only if I do so in one sitting. (i.e. both of my daughters want the same tattoo). After that, you generally need to toss them. I can understand it. I imagine if they used stronger adhesive for the stencils, when you remove them it would leave a residue on the skin that the glitter would stick to. But it was still disappointing that the kids couldn't use their favorites more than once.Fortunately, you can purchase additional stencil sets pretty inexpensively. Daughters loves this gift! Lots of cool / fun designs and colors. They have so much fun playing with this!

Used for a farmers market and a 2nd grade carnival. A big hit, easy to do. Messy- but it’s fine glitter. Tattoos last 7-10 days if done correctly. Don’t forget to clean skin with alcohol wipe first, have baby wipes available to clean brushes. And of course a trash bag. We can do them as quickly as 1-2 minutes when there is a line.

This is a great product! I used it for my daughters 7th birthday party. The girls loved it and the colors are so vibrant and stuck to the skin easily. I would totally get this again or give as a gift!

I did not like that I did not get the second brush. The box was open when it came and I guess the brush had fallen out. Other than that it is a nice kit. I see that others have had the same problem. Some tape around the box would have helped.

These were such a big hit at my son's school. It doesn't require much skill, just patience and a little bit of trial and error. The glue is great and the brushes were fine (one shed though). I do prefer adhesive stencils because they are easier, but these are less expensive and that's a major plus.
