Purchased this product with along with the cover. A little quick setting concrete to attach to the tank and it was good to go; sturdy and leakproof

Easy to put together

Product is a flat ring that fits well wit the proper riser. Has more space to insert sealer then is needed, but works as expected.

Works good; easy installation on top of my 1000 gal concrete septic tank. Put four strips of butyl rubber from a roll of  Colormetrics Gray Putty Tape / Butyl Tape 1/8" x 1" x 30' (Single Roll)  to make the TAR-to-tank connection water- and gas-tight, and 1-1/4" Tapcons to mechanically fasten the TAR to the tank. Another strip of butyl rubber around the flange that the riser mounts into and more stainless screws between the riser and the TAR finishes the riser-to-TAR installation. Only one gripe - a TON of pieces of packaging-type tape on and around the TAR that I received. Butyl rubber will seal between tank and flange, but the tape will not maintain its bond to the flange, meaning you can't just put butyl tape over it and expect a permanent seal. Took 15 minutes to pick and scrape all this trash off the bottom of the TAR.

Worked like it should! Shipping label was put on the pet itself and was a huge PITA to get off…… other than that it was good.

Easy project gut take your time and dont cut corners and youll be fine ... Make hole a few inches lager than ring , let it dry good , us a wire brush to remove any dirt .. get as clean as possible, shop vac dirt , aline ring and mark placement... Drill holes into concrete to hold ring . USE Butyl rope for a water tight seal, screw ring to tank .. Add water tight sealant to riser gap , add riser abd screw in place . Backfill and top of with the lid
