Got these for the kids Christmas stockings, and they were a hit. Heavy, well made puzzles that are attractive to keep out. They were difficult enough to keep the kids engaged but not so hard that they were impossible to solve.

These were just as described and kept my 13 and 15 year old kids busy. Good quality and varying levels of difficulty.

These are nice puzzles. They are harder to solve than I thought they would be. So far I have only solved one!These would make a good gift to someone who likes this type of puzzle. They come in a nice little storage box.They are made of strong heavy feeling metal. The parts slide nicely, no sticking on rough spots or anything like that.Overall I'm very pleased with them. Now I just need to get some brain exercise and get the others solved.

I’m a big fan and collector of Hanayama puzzles. These are not Hanayama. These are generic knockoffs. They are cast from what seems to be a copper-brass alloy. The feel is of brass, but they have the color of antiqued copper. If you want more information about the individual puzzles, check out the originals, as there is nothing specific to these puzzle designs included in this package. The only info is what is on the stickers on the plastic box shown in my photo. It has the manufacturer info and the qr code that allegedly links to the solutions.These are not difficult puzzles. I had each one taken apart and put back together, twice, within the span of a 42 minute tv show. As an expert-level puzzler, these are not ones I would have soon added to my collection at $14 a piece. At five for the price of one, this set a cheap way to acquire some easy puzzles to share with the kids who get frustrated by the challenging ones I buy for myself.The tolerances are not as good as the originals. Aside from packaging and finish, that is the main difference. An important difference.The one copied from ‘Elk’, the one with a bull on one side and “MADE IN CHINA” on the other, has a tighter fit. The movements involved were a little less smooth; it rubbed where it should have barely fit without rubbing.The copy of ‘Keys’ has a major tolerance flaw, as seen in the photo. They slide apart where they should be blocked. This allows for a ‘cheat’ where they come apart without having to be solved.The rougher finish in this metal feels like it will wear down faster than the official ones. This is not an issue for me, as I do not expect to be struggling with these enough to achieve that much wear.I might recommend this set for a classroom or waiting room on a budget. 90% of the fun at 20% of the price.At least at first. I’m not sure at this point how they will hold up with continued use. The presumed lower longevity should factor into a purchase decision if expected to be used often, however, the ease of losing the little ring on ‘BIKE’ may render longevity a moot point.They come individually bagged in a reusable small plastic box with a snap on lid. Practical. Unlike the fancy unboxing experience of the name brand.

Solidly made brain teasers. The bike is like a two sided 3D maze like puzzle! I was delighted to play with these and just as fun to have to put them back together. Second time was harder so I must have stumbled upon the solution the first time. Five puzzles come individually wrapped in a handy storage container and a QR code to a solution video. Puzzle finish is copper color with a dark finish that looks high quality and held up well to the dings and rotations while trying to solve.I did try out the solution video after I had solved them. It shows you someone slowly twisting and moving the pieces to the end solution without any instruction. I had to pause and rewind several times to see how they moved the pieces. Really nice to have this included though I found it easier to just keep trying by myself honestly. But if desperate, the solution video is really nice to have.These were high quality for the price. Great value and lovely gift for someone new or experienced to brain teasers.
