This unit fails after a couple of months use due to a design flaw.
Although the flosser works well there is an integral design fault in that the water tank is held onto the top pump with a bayonet fitting which relies upon two moulded pips in the side of the pump. These pips are the size of a pin head and wear away very quickly when the tank is refilled, until the water tank will no longer hold itself to the pump and therefore the flosser becomes unusable. There is no way of repairing or fixing the two pips. I reckon I got about 50 uses out of mine before I had to throw it away. Choose a flosser with a screw tank instead.
