Update after almost 2 years. I live in Southwest PA. This thing will take you for 60-90 mins nonstop at 35mph-40mph. I'm changing the handlebars right now because I never felt safe with the screwing mechanism of the handlebars, but this thing is solid & has never let me down. It always impresses & I never have to pull over to let cars pass me because cars never catch up. This thing is so great for leisurely fun & it being quiet is the closest thing you'll ever feel to flying. I've been standing exclusively anymore & it handles even better that way.I couldn't be happier! I am a very hesitant buyer, especially with pricey things. This scooter, despite not having the 2 front headlights I assumed it'd have lol, is More than I expected. The power is absolutely insane. One issue I had, I overtightened the turn signals and basically broke them. BUT NO WORRIES. I contacted customer support immediately and without hesitation ON THE SAME DAY they said they'd send me 2 new ones! I couldn't be happier.The lights on the bike are ok if ur going under 20 at night, above that though I'd upgrade for sure. And I'd definitely suggest street tires, anyone know where to get them? Lol seriously, don't hesitate on this if you're interested. You're gonna get your moneys worth and customer support is impeccable!Assembling was a bit of an annoyance though, having to tighten everything on the handlebars, but it allows you to set them where You want them. Its all easy and straight forward. In 20mins you'll be riding and saying what I said "holy *****, this is lethal!" lol

This is an awesome eScotter with power and battery life to spare. I hot 41 miles an hour the first day without much effort and it could have gone much faster. The gearing is awesome, along with the Eco mode. I rode it for more than 30 miles on my first outing and returned home to discover I'd used less than half of the battery charge.Two things to be clear on:1) You HAVE TO adjust the barkes in the settngs mode as included in the instructions. The default setting on the brakes is "2", but that results in an instant stop no matter how fast you're going. Just as they mention in the getting started section, you have to adjust this to make the brakes "Squishy." Once I did this, it made the whole experience more enjoyable.2) Don't be discouraged by the lack of helpful instructions in the manual regarding setup. Instead, just follow the pictured instructions, unlock the front end with the pull-out and lift firmly on the metal latch. Be sure to lock it back down after you've lifted the front end.My only criticism is the plastic tube used for the handlebars that slides up and down the front end of the scooter. Its plastic and when you hit large bumps or ditches, it is not as sturdy as I would like.Otherwise, the big tires and shocks make this scooter tremendously fun to ride.

Ok so I bought 2 Electric Scooter, 5600W Dual Motor, after a few month one stopped working, they did respond to my problem, sent videos, communicated via WhatsApp, while it did take time they did follow up and were very concerned about my problem; even though I got frustrated they followed through. I did have to exchange a new module they sent, only a few minutes. NOW ALL GOOD. Me and the kids are back riding again! Thank you Cathy for the help and follow up. Buy with confidence, even though across the pond they do care and are putting out good product, and if you have a problem they will take care of you....Keep up your commitment to product and customer service!!Thank you,

Broke after 2 months and 200 miles. Had to return it through a third party warranty.

Just got this thing today and I couldn’t be more pleased. This tank of a scooter comes with everything it says it comes with, goes the speed it says it can do, and has incredible power with its two motors. I can tell it is built to last and is amazing value for money. Just hang on if you decide to go fast because the stability depends on your speed and handlebar height!EDIT: The front right headlight stopped working and I don’t know how to fix it, so be careful.

This works as advertised, my 500mile 120 day review is as follows.Right out of the box, setup is easy. And straightforward.As far as speeds and battery health.Mine reached 48mph top speed with me as a 260lb rider.The battery lasts between 20-30 miles when riding aggressively.All the lights and buttons functioned properly. And continue to do so.Issues to look out forThe handle bar nut likes to loosen up. (I check it every ride and it’s lose)Other bolts tend to loosen up over time as well, so every 4-5 rides I’ll check every major nut or bolt.The little key mechanism seemed to separate itself on mine. But it still functional.Biggest issue I’ve had so far.My girlfriend was riding mine, and the front brake caliper just fell off. (The bolts came loose)My thoughts, it’s 100% worth what you pay, aftermarket and replacement parts are weirdly plentiful and cheap.I’d suggest going through the scooter on first assembly, and put lock tight on all Major nuts and bolts. This should mitigate most the issues I’ve experienced.Buy one, rip around and have some fun!

We are really enjoying this scooter. It's versatile, with settings that can be adjusted for kids when they want to ride or maxed out for when Dad wants to have some fun. The dual motor is powerful, offering impressive speed with a cool rugged look. The suspension ensures a comfortable ride. The service and after-sales support are excellent; when the accelerator broke during one of our rides, they sent a replacement within a week.
