Bought these to try and tackle spider season as I am petrified of house spiders. This is our first spider season in our new house and, having not seen a spider since we moved, the house has become overrun in the last few weeks.Word of warning for fellow arachnophobes - it gets worse before it gets better when using these! These little machines unsettle them and they all come out of hiding so your house will become overun for a week or so. The first night after plugging them in they were literally everywhere in my house. My cats love to chase and kill spiders but even they couldn't keep up! Needless to say I didn't sleep that night!The machines are very easy to work - put them in a plug socket, turn it on and they're good to go. They are silent to humans so have a blue light to show they are working. The do not affect my cats at all either.Anyway, the problem has slowly gotten better over the last week since fitting the plugs. Everyday the spider numbers have been getting less and less since the spike I had after fitting the plugs, and having seen spiders in my house every day for the last two weeks, yesterday was the first day I didn't see a single spider! So far seems great!Update: it's been a few more days, there has been one small spider but that's it. All the big beasties seem to have disappeared! Seems to be working a treat and my anxiety is much better!

You get what you pay for. Great if you really need it. Good to have if you dont. But beware. It would be great to get some instructional videos. It is important to install properly. Or you may incur problems you did not forsee. And i dont mean a fire. They are of good quality.

We had some unexpected visitors in our house that were causing me a lot of distress. I had to clean and disinfect all the time everywhere as I have a baby. The usual traps didn't work so I thought to give these devices a try but I didn't expect them to work. I plug them all in throughout the house and the next day I checked the house and couldn't find any evidence of the mice being there. I wanted to give them more time to see if they really worked. More than 2 weeks later and still no sign of the mice. Couldn't be happier. What I can say is that they really work and worth buying.

Put these AND another brand around the house. Killed 2 mice this week and one last week. Maybe I would have 100’s without these, so they work fine…. But I lean to them being nothing more than a nightlight.
