I love the 3 modes, TENS, EMS. & RELAX, it has multiple setting which each mode. Charges easily and quickly. Charges last through multiple uses. You can pick from 10 minutes to 60 minutes at a time. The pads stick very well and i've gotten probably 20 uses from them before changing them out. This has been a game changer. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis so I find myself very stiff when first waking up and I use it for about an hour and I'm great for the rest of my day. It really helps to loosen up my muscles and joints. Storage case is small and compact easy to carry or pack for vacations.

First device had a problem in power button that eventually failed in week 3. I suppose that happens with anything you buy online.But the TENS was so effective in those first weeks, I returned for an identical unit which is working great +3 months later.Red pads supplied with Neocarbon unit are significantly better quality (more durable) than cheaper replacement pads (white). Plus, I found that the adhesive from the white pads irritated my skin after prolonged use. Red pads did not.Unit recharges quickly as advertised, and might last the represented 50 hours if you use the lower power setting. But running at full blast in EMS mode on both channels it will go closer to 35 hours.Unit is very handy, portable, intuitive to use and has adequate power. Case is a nice addition to hold supplies.TIP: If you are using this a on your lower back or legs, I recommend a back-up set of wires. While the original wires are tough and hanging in, if they are running across your back or down leg, they will take a beating from the accidental yanking and snagging on clothes. I've started using surgical tape to hold the slack in place against my skin. But unit and wires are still getting knocked around.Not sure these things work for everyone, but mine has been a game changer and I go to sleep every night with it set on 60 min. Dare I say these are addictive. When my sciatica is bad, I use it 12 plus hours / day. So addicted, I am looking at the 4 channel model before too long. However, this addiction is far less problematic than using pain meds and nearly as effective with constant use.This is a DEF recommend

It would be 5 stars if there were a couple more simple programs it could run. Vaired on off timing 5,10 seconds would be useful. Though others don't have this either. Maybe at twice the price You can have this? Runs a long time on a charge several hours+ at fairly high settingings. Easy enough to use.

So easy to use. I was worried that the tens would be too hard to use. This couldn’t be easier. It has helped me so much with lower back pain. I love trying all the different patterns that can be used and the pamphlet gives a great description of them all. I don’t know how anyone could use the highest level in strength, it is that powerful. My chiropractor would start out each session with a tens unit. Each visit was $60.I haven’t been back to the doctor since this incredible little unit. Perfect little TENS!

Great product. I use it on my back just to relax. It’s has multiple different settings and modes. The power increase steps up nicely. Definitely order more pads and you will be thankful. Red is also cool. The portability is along top notch and the case is hard and durable.

Love this. Intuitive design--very easy to operate. The display is bright and clear, it's well made, very effective, came with a carrying case and it's reasonably priced. I've been having problems with debilitating muscle spasms in my mid to lower back and leg. My body does not tolerate muscle relaxers. Supplements, spinal adjustments, PT as well as other 'fixes' weren't cutting it. I did a 20 minute session in the morning and my spasms subsided until later that evening when they returned at a fraction of their original intensity.Best of all, I feel like I'm getting my life back. I was able to accomplish more physical tasks yesterday than I had been able to in months. Looking forward to a more active life-style doing what I love.

was skeptical about these devices until I was recommended to get one for recovery on a knee injury. i chose this one primarily for the rechargeable battery. I don't think the photos do it justice because when i first opened and saw the device i thought there is no way this thing will work. boy was i wrong. the device is pretty small and very light weight but don't let that fool you. The device is very strong and capable (so long the connections are secured to your skin) and the battery lasts days with about 4-7 hours of use throughout the day with breaks in between each use. very pleased and have already recommended to several people that i run, cycle and hike with. and recovery, well its definitely helped manage pain and has been great at keeping my muscles working.the only thing i would suggest is to purchase some of the bigger 2" pads if you want to target larger areas such as your quads, hamys or your back.

I had dislocated my hip — ouch! — which also affected my back, so I bought this hoping it would help loosen the tight and sore muscles in my hip and back. I was also tired of popping pills and lying flat on my back because it was painful to move about. It worked amazingly! My pain was literally eliminated after just two days of using it.It is also very powerful and of good quality. I thought, for the price, that I might be sacrificing on the strength and quality. Not at all. It is also very easy to use; not complicated at all. The size is also compact, about the size of a cellphone, and it is very light in weight.I now use it on my feet when I get those pins and needle sensations, and it alleviates it.
