Great item, works exactly as it should, easy and intuitive to use.

SCAM
This isn't an OLED Steamdeck, its an LCD marked up £280 from the normal LCD steam deck. It's a disgrace, Amazon have been nothing but useless about this too they are just treating it like 'ok no big deal just return the product' Great... If they also didn't make me wait a month for my money as a result. I understand its a blanket policy for returns, but companies need to start realising that blanket policies don't cover everything! £580 out of pocket for a month because someone can't be asked for a real job.

Good communication + 100% OLED
I had an issue thanks to Royal Mail where my Steam Deck was delivered to a different house, all the while I had this issue the seller offered to send me another one no questions asked. Luckily I was able to get it from the person who received it accidentally.The item showed up and was 100% an OLED Steam Deck and not an LCD like some of the reviews suggest. I bought this 'like new' and it basically looks and feels brand new with no signs of wear, tear or any damage on the console and its packaging.

DON’T BUY THIS - It is not OLED
Awful practice, trying to flog non OLED versions with marked up prices of £200 more. The lack of orange power button is the biggest give away, I found out after comparing it with a friend. Ridiculous and wish could give zero starsReturning it

Correct model, speedy delivery.
For those of you concerned about the negative reviews receiving the wrong product, mine arrived perfectly delivered within 36 hours (and was the correct OLED model).

This is LCD not OLED
This is incorrect. I was looking forward to use this but unfortunately, it’s not the version I wanted. This is the LCD model and if you want the updated OLED model, purchase it from the steam website.

You can download all of your steam games to this portable device if you need to travel. Various sizes of memory for your needs of play. It recommends games for you to play that doesnt have issues with it. Comes with instruction manual, a black pouch for your charger and a zip up case. You can buy extra micro SD card for more storage.

False advertising. This is not a OLED steam deck. Disgraceful after me paying 700 euro for this
