So far I love this stereo. This is my first day with it. Usually aftermarket radios don't work well with all the options in the truck from factory. This head unit does everything the factory unit did and more! I sat for hours playing with it. Mind blown at the price. My only concern is how long it will last for what I paid for it. I own a android phone. Carplay works very well. I also was looking for something basic that would look nice, have carplay and play music. It may not be ideal for running several amplifiers and high powered speakers but for my work truck I am beyond happy with my purchase! I will be buying another for my other vehicles. Also super easy install.

I was actually expecting it to be just ok at best, but I am blown away at how well it works and that it really was a perfect plug and play.It fits like factory, turns on fast with no lag at all. Carplay works great through the zlink app.Sound quality is actually really good too.Pros:Perfect fit- All the stock features were retained- Backup camera integrated with easeI recommend this to anyone looking for a head unit upgrade. It is amazing for this price.Cons:- The GPS cable is a little short. If you want it on the roof, it probably wont reach so be prepared to put it on the dash.- I do wish it had a little bit more power but honestly its fine.

2017 Ram 1500 ExpressOverall:Easy to install, everything is plug and play. The sound is decent, not amazing. Wireless Android Auto connects automatically and works well. This unit has a lot of features and is able to communicate with the computer in the truck. I was able to connect an RCA backup camera that works well and comes on automatically when I'm in reverse. I think this unit is a good value if you are willing to do a bit of work to set it up properly after installation.Sound:When I first installed this stereo, it sounded like the speakers were under water. The low frequencies are way too loud and it sounded awful out of the box. After a few days of messing with it, I was able to make it sound pretty good. I included photos of my equalizer settings that you can use as a starting point if you want. I have stock, basic speakers in my truck.Customer service:Customer service was helpful and tried really hard to solve my problem. The power cable connector that came with my unit was loose. This caused the unit to restart or shut off periodically while driving. They were able to send me a new power cable, although it took a long time to arrive coming from overseas.One thing that does bother me a bit is the standby mode. There is an option in settings called "cold restart" that allows you to select how long the unit will stay in standby mode. If the unit is not in standby mode, it takes a little extra time to boot up after you start the truck. The issue is that standby mode seems to take a lot of power. I didn't drive my truck for three days while it was set to always stand by and when I tried to drive it, my battery was dead. Now I have it set to standby for 6 hours.

It wont work without connection to internet, it freezes just about all the time, you have to press hard directly on part of the screen you want to press. Only reason i put 1 star is it was easy to install. Other than that Terrible china product. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Absolute Waste Of Money!

All in all it's a decent radio, nothing to write homw about. The issue I have is, the volume on the radio is fine, when I pair bluetooth and play music, the volume is really low, I have it turned all the way up and can barely hear it, can't hear it at all with the windows down. Are there any fixes?

Radio came well packaged. Everything was prewired and ready to go. Plug and play, most reviews on others were saying you had to tap into the reverse camera wire but that wasn’t needed. All worked as soon as you installed. The backup camera quality isn’t great especially at night but still trying to see if you can tweak the settings for it. Auto connects to apple carplay when starting the truck.Will update in 3-6 months3/24 found a way to tweak the setting for back up but really didn’t change quality. If you are looking for apple car play in a radio this is your radio but if you care for a back up camera that is clear as oem then this won’t work for you. I still have the oem back up camera but seems the radio or way they have it receive the image is poorly done.

If you’re thinking about buying this radio for you ram do it! (disclaimer I’ve only been using it for a week) the radio works great so far with no lag. Customer support is very responsive. I bought this radio mainly for CarPlay and let me say! It works seamless. I also love all the customizable options from the color of the buttons to the wallpaper. It also gives a much better fm sound quality than the stock radio!

Was 100% plug n play, 0 wires need to be sautered or joined together, u just plug it all together. Backup camera works as it should, no issues. Easy install and worked instantly as soon as i connected bluetooth. Audio is good, same quality as oem. Great upgrade

It’s kind of glitchy and slow at times. EQ settings occasionally reset themselves. CarPlay won’t connect 1 in 20 times. Little stuff like that. Overall though for the price it’s great. Easy install, good fit and finish. Much better audio quality than stock. Would definitely recommend at the price.

I literally just installed the thing, but first Impression are very very good. Everything works as it should. 100% plug and play. If you have the built in mini micro to usb in your centre console you won't need to hook up the 4 pin USB wire included. I did hook up the 6 pin and drilled a hole in the little cubby to store the wire in. Wired and wireless android auto is flawless, you just have to follow the instructions. The built in Igo GPS app took a while to find satellites, but once it locked in, it worked great. Interface is great, and being able to connect to wifi at home for updates is a plus. If this thing lasts it's gonna be an absolute steal for $220.

Wasn’t worth the time or money for this unit unfortunately . Bluetooth only managed to connect once on the first day and had poor sound with stereo reciever. Unit totally died on the fifth day. Only thing I can say that was good was ease of installation, totally plug and play, fit and finish was good also. If you manage to get a good head unit it makes for a cheap alternative to replacing the factory unit . I returned this unit and bought a similar one to replace it and am quite pleased with it so far

The screen and bezel fit well and look really good, totally upgraded the look of my 2016 RAM 3500 SLT. When you can get it to pair, it works fairly well, unfortunately it sometimes takes ages to connect. On a recent drive, I was 1 hour into my journey before it connected to my phone. Sometimes its a minute or two.
