I’m very impressed by the product! As an Iranian cooking impressive beef and chicken kabobs is essential to daily life. The length of the kabobs is a full skewer. On the longer size just like myself. See plate for reference. It evenly distributes the meat for a great cooking experience and uniformity. It takes 1 min to load a skewer saving a lot of hand work and sticks very well to the skewer. Highly recommended!
