The label does not tell you that you swallow one a day, but that is the directions right from the company. Have had no side effects and feel good.

Summary
The shape, color and packaging of this product is above average to me.Yet without a lab or a control group how can I rate the tru quality of any supplement: it is based on trust and fidelity.

“Not safe for human consumption,” stated right on the bottle.
ATTENTION! You really have to read the fine print on this. It has no recommended daily dosage, but in fact has a statement on the bottle that says, « Not safe for human consumption. » But it’s being sold for human consumption. smh

Still early
I have been taking one pill daily and feel more energetic. It’s still early but I think it works well for me.

No bad side effects taken internally. Wounds seem to heal quicker.
When I first received this product, I hesitated to try it because the label cautioned: “Not intended for human consumption, medical, veterinary, or household use, and is not approved by the FDA.” I tried researching the peptide, but all I could find was information about its safety for topical use and its rarity for internal use.Since I’ve previously experimented with various copper supplements and chlorophyll (sodium copper chlorophyllin with a copper core instead of magnesium) at much higher milligram doses, I decided to be brave and try this 120-microgram copper peptide dosage. Knowing from experience how high copper levels can affect my sleep when not properly balanced with zinc and other antioxidants, I started cautiously, taking one tablet every few days and gradually increasing the frequency.I’m typically very sensitive to side effects, so I was surprised that I didn’t notice any negative side effects at all, even when taking one tablet daily. The small microgram dosage definitely doesn’t disturb my sleep, which I’ve experienced with nearly all other copper products. I was relieved that this copper peptide didn’t seem to disrupt my zinc or other mineral levels noticeably, so I didn’t feel the need to balance it with other supplements.I did observe that my wounds seemed to heal more quickly while taking this supplement. Additionally, my aging skin appeared to look more plump and youthful, though I can’t completely rule out the placebo effect. However, this is a pricey product with a strong warning against internal use, which makes me hesitant to continue taking it as a human guinea pig for such a costly refill—especially since I’m not 100% certain about the positive effects I’ve noticed. That said, I was able to finish the entire bottle without experiencing any adverse side effects. Once more research becomes available regarding the long-term safety of this product for internal use, I will consider revisiting it.
