this product is wonderful. It has places for you to put your feet in order to do the stretching exercises you need to do. In my case, I have had a total knee replacement and these straps helped me with my physical therapy exercises. I would recommend them highly.

I have different strap that I have been using and very happy with. I needed a 2nd strap and bought this one because it was green, even though it was more expensive than others. I was surprised at the quality and everything about it. The loops are numbered. it has a carrying pouch. I will be buying a few more as gifts.

Easy to use

I recently found out from physical therapy that I’m hyper mobile in my hips. My adductors also will hurt something fierce. For the first time in 15 years I was able to stretch them out to the point of relaxing. I usually have to wait for it to pass. Very grateful for this product.
