Very good product, bought for my mouth ulcers as was recommended and it worked for me. Very small tablets and easy to carry pouch too.

This Vitamin B Complex supplement is made without any unnecessary ingredients which makes me believe that this is a potent product. Lifestyle and specific medical conditions may influence the suggested amount of vitamins ones should take but I can see that this product has the adequate recommended dosage for healthy men & women. I also like that there is a manufacturing mark (GMP) on its packaging to tell that it’s made with high quality ingredients. The tablet size is small, easy to swallow & doesn’t give an after taste.However, i find the 4000mg daily in their description confusing. Based on the nutritional information in the packaging, dosage will not reach 4000mg if taken one tablet daily unless one will take more than the recommended serving. Also, 4g for a vitamin B complex is already an upper level dosage that can cause reactions or side effects.Overall, I appreciate this supplement due to dosage, potency & quantity. The Vitamin B tablets came in a nice flat pouch. You get 120 tablets. If you go by the suggested dosage, it should last you for around four months. The tablets are of good size and easy to swallow. I really like the fact that these tablets can be consumed by vegetarians. It has a very long expiry date (July 2026). I have been advised to have Vitamin B tablets daily so these work very well for me. Priced at £6.59, I would say that it is reasonably priced (£1.6 per month for these tablets).
