Amazing for my nails
Hello I've been taking the capsules and the are definitely good for hair, skin and nails. I haven't notice any weight loss. I do like these product. I was wondering if the 3 different tablets are the same as the capsules. The bottled was sealed. I was curious if anyone else had this issue?

Great product! I have been using this product for several months now and have noticed it has helped with my weight. I take 3 pulls at lunch daily.

Not working for weight loss
As far as weight loss and energy, I haven't had any positives, but my memory seems to have improved. I did see a review where the person was taking it in the afternoon which caused a decline in appetite. I take it very early in the morning, but I may switch to taking it in the afternoon to see if my appetite decreases and my energy level rises.

High Price Point for Meager Results
This product has notably strengthened my nails, but hasn't produced any of the other touted benefits. I've been using it, now for a couple of months and was able to find it through another vendor at about one third the price. For its price point on Amazon, I don't recommend this product, although the vendor was fine. I won't be purchasing again.

INCREDIBLE ENERGY
This is the very very best vitamin in the world I have ever taken! I ran out and didn’t reorder due to money issue and I went from walking 2 miles a day with some jogging in it, to NO energy, no walking, I have never grown nails to my nails having to be filed and s happened!!!! Now I’m down to naps during the day. MONEY OR NOT, I WILL FIND A WAY TO GET THIS❤️ wish it was not quite so expensive. Other brands in your market are less.
